Truly some wonderful people there, had oral surgery there and our truck had broken down, multiple employees offered there help in this situation, Micheal truly went above and beyond especially.

I'm thoroughly excited when a medical professional speaks directly to you in layman's terms, and that is what I felt with all of the dental staff, especially when you have no knowledge.

So far I would highly recommend you make them your dentist. I have been without teeth for 3 and half years and I am so over it. The staff have been responsive and courteous and are working with me so I can smile again

It's been meh. Trying to get in for soft liner. Not answering or returning calls. It's been 2 months since I was told they would call in 1 month

My experience at aspen dental was great. EVERYONE at the north Little Rock McCain office was very friendly and professional. The young lady who took my ex-rays has the BEST customer service. She was very sympathetic to my pain and was willing to answer all questions. I also would like to express my gratitude to the Dentist and the lady who explained the cost of all my procedures. The customer service there was amazing. Thank you, Ross Mosley.

I do not recommend using Aspen dental at all. Avoid going to them at all cost. You can get much better dental services at a much lower cost. The dentist at this location is. This dentist is very arrogant, rude and thinks he is superior to other dentist. If your not happy with their work their answer is basically "too bad". I'm having new ones made by a different dentist as I'm still making payments on the ones aspen made me.

EXPENSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, PAINFUL!!! Please read the negative reviews. This place is the worst dentist office in Arkansas. The dentist and all the staff are rude and do not explain the procedure, why you need it, or the pricing. I could feel the drilling the entire time, however the dentist did not believe me even with my screams and tears. Literally. The billing is completely unreasonable. I needed a root canal and crown on 2 molars. Aspen charged me $1200 for 1 crown. HOWEVER FULK DENTISTRY IN BRYANT ONLY CHARGED $800!!! These are cash prices. I asked them to explain the bill and they became very rude and disrespectful. Please go to Fulk Dentistry in Bryant. They are very polite, explain the procedure, show you step by step the process, explain the bill, and again are very inexpensive.

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and I was actually comfortable in a dentist office, for the first time, ever! Thank you for a pleasant dental appointment & for fitting me in for my molar extraction. Amazing!!!

My young daughter went in with a dental problem. They did ex rays and found a gun disease problem she was already aware of. They told her she needed a "deep cleaning " on her teeth. They wrote up an estimate and got her approved for a medical credit card. She called me and told me it was going to be $1900+ for a cleaning. I said "baby a teeth cleaning doesn't cost $1900.00." I had her send me the billing/estimate. Among other things they slapped on there a $135.00 electric toothbrush with out even saying anything to her. After we spoke and she called them back to explain. They told her she needed that. just a word to the wise, check your Bill/estimate and get a second opinion.

Terrible service. Dentist does not return calls after multiple attempts, and being told they would do so. Mother left the dentist after getting multiple teeth pulled with no gauze, no after care instructions, and nothing for the pain.

I'm just going to make it short and sweet I am very displeased with the work that Dr Shark, did on my dental work I've never experienced a dentistry where I've gone and the doctor seems not to be concerned with the pain that the patient is in I was in excruciating pain when he removed my temporary caps off my teeth, I was telling him that I was in pain but he seems to just keep right on snatching the Caps off of my teeth. If anyone planning going there to get any dental work done I would suggest that they do their homework first. I am out of 11,000 and I'm still having problems with my teeth up to today I cannot drink cool liquid without drinking out of a straw certain foods I cannot chew properly I don't usually leave a bad review but I have to this time because I don't want anyone else to experience what I have experience. It's been so painful for me to even leave a comment it's been a whole year. Thank you

A family member came in for significant dental work and was left with absolutely no after-care, medication, gauze, anything. After getting an infection, the dentist wouldn't return any calls after multiple attempts, and they had to go to **urgent care** to receive any help. Terrible service.

They where Great treated me very well Thankfully for aspen After a good review they canceled my appointment and told me they cancel appointments when you don't answer your phone for confirmation of appointment I was sleep and when I tried to return the call no one answered so I waste money and time and tooth still not fixed

Dr. Fish and his staff are great! They treated my elderly mother with respect and listened to her needs. If you want quality service, this is the place to go.

At first blush (appointment) I thought this Aspen Dental was going to be professional and caring for their patients in need of dental work (in my case replacing a broken denture. I had mold done and first fitting within 2 weeks. Ok. After trying the denture, it was unworkable so went back to the office for an adjustment----was told the (I assume the head honcho or dentist) was on vacation so the entire Aspen office was closed and not seeing patients). After the boss returned from vacation I went in for the adjustment and left afterwards thinking the adjustment was good. Turned out it was'nt, because the plate was still causing unbearable pain in my gum as I tried to eat. I went back to their office today (Thursday 12-30 at 2:00 PM) assuming they would have returned from their lunch hour. I tried the door at 2:05 -- it was locked -- no one responded. NO INFORMATIONAL SIGN ON THE DOOR ADVISING THEY WOULD BE CLOSED THE ENTIRE WEEK UNTIL 1-4-22 ----NO INTERCEPT NOTICE ON THER AUTOMATED CALL SYSTEM ADVISING OF SAID EXTENDED CLOSURE EITHER!!!! I don't begrudge this business having a lovely extended holiday-----JUST BE SURE TO PUT A NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR, ON YOUR PHONE SYSTEM AND ON YOUR WEB PAGE ADVISING YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Meanwhile, I'll be unhappily GUMING my way into 2021 until this Bryant Aspen Dental office opens again.
