I really hate going to the dentist due to some pretty traumatizing experiences, but this place is different. I.f you've ever had a tooth surgically removed, you know what that actually means, Dr Katz was surprisingly gentle for the type of procedure that was done. normally after having a tooth extracted, my jaw is sore for a few days afterwards. I was barely even in pain. I didn't start feeling pain until a few days after the extraction when it started to heal and the stitches started pushing their way out. I can't say that I enjoy going to the dentist now, (who does?)but I do know that when I have to go back this is where I will be going.

Very first Appointment, they got it done. Enjoyed every aspect of appointment from X-rays to two fillings. Very attentive and professional.

My wife has had a terrible experience with getting adjustments to her device. They made improper adjustments yesterday morning. Now she can't close her mouth properly. She explained this to them and they were like sit here for 2 hours for the possibility of realignment. The customer service is horrible and they don't answer the phone when you try to speak with a live person on the phone. This is so frustrating because we have spent 10k on dental products and she is embarrassed to smile with no recourse in sight.

I made an appointment for a chipped tooth Monday afternoon. I got an email to confirm before lunch on Tuesday for my Wednesday 7:45 am appointment. I confirmed and read what I needed to bring in. I also got a call from the office manager to verify the next morning appointment. I rearranged my work for Wednesday am only to show up before the 7:45 appointment to say it was canceled for non confirment . I showed the email and my call log where I received the phone message and wher I called back! Amanda kept telling me I didn't confirm within 24 hours. Simple math says when u send an email n voicemail 15-16 hours before the appointment, it's not 24 hours. I even spoke with a person. Amanda said "I was lying and rude". Never once apologized for messing my day up and was argumentative and combative. She could have just said yes I see the problem, even if u confirmed twice it still wouldn't be within our 24 hour policy. I asked why other to send me a confirmation email n call if I would have never made the 24 hour deadline. Definitely an oversight on there part ! Not mine .... Would not ever go back ! You can expect the same treatment from Amanda

The lady that took my X-rays and the other office staff were incredible. Dr. Estes, not so much. Horrible bedside manner, makes you feel extremely rushed and that he doesn't want to take the time to help you achieve the smile you want.

Customer service and respect is greatly missed at this organization. Aspen failed to correct files for my appts. I have talked with countless customer representatives who failed to be professional. Failed to schedule me an appt failed to cover the services I needed. Failed to explain if they could cover my services. Failed to give me a timely appt. Failed to correct payment errors.

These folks are true professionals. My personal experience was positive from start to finish. I very much appreciated the thorough explanations given for each planned procedure and why necessary. I found everyone helpful. I am looking forward to feeling better, once the plan to help me feel better is executed and completed.
