This place and this location is horrible.They lie to their patients,do unnecessary procedures and the pricing at the end of the work is different from what was discussed at the beginning.I don't recommend this place at all.

My mom has dementia and this office was so empathetic, patient, professional and kind. They went above and beyond to provide everything that they could to keep my mom calm. I was so impressed by their attention to patient care. The entire office staff deserves kudos!!

Thank you Aspen Dental for fast friendly service. My experience with my Hygienist (Liz) was amazing like always very professional and willing to teach us about great hygiene. Thanks again Liz! Started off with them being 20 minutes late to get me in. A real pet peeve of mine. However once I was in, the staff were great and professional, even a bit fun. The hygienist was really the best, she saved the day by talking through everything. Giving tooth advice, and treatment options.

I went in for a consultation for a lose front tooth. They were able to pull the tooth and do a flipper tooth all in the same day! Nice and helpful staff and doctors.

Had a full wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Simpson on 8/30 (yes, OUCH!), and though I felt [expected] amt of pain and pressure, I was satisfied with his gentle hands, speed, patience and kind, empathetic manner. I was pleasantly shocked to know that he could do the extraction instead of waiting for oral surgeon referral, which is why I'd delayed this procedure for 20yrs. I showed up at 7am days later, due to pain/discomfort, and he saw me IMMEDIATELY. I'm happy to call him my dentist for a few yrs now: always transparent about procedures and what to expect. The rest of office staff is wonderful as well: professional, always cheerful, kind and understanding. Since I started coming to this branch in 2017, I have never had a bad experience. THUMBS UP all the way!

Dr Simpson and his team are always kind, patient, and willing to accommodate in any way to make their patients comfortable. They go above and beyond to make sure I have a positive experience with each visit. Highly recommend Aspen.

I couldn't believe I got an appointment in 3 days but I did and they were so through taking x-rays and everything. The dentist was very nice and spent quite a bit of time with me discussing my options. The prices were amazing and I'm excited to start treatment.

My experience was one of sheer upset! I waited about 45 minutes to be seen. Was taken in for X-rays by someone-never told her title, let alone her name! The Dentist was VERY NON-PROFESSIONAL! He wanted the patient in Room #2! Stated right in front of me-to this "Person" un-named to me. NEVER EVEN MET ANY HYGIENTIST! Waited ANOTHER LONG PERIOD TO CHECK OUT! (My appt. was at 3:00 p.m.-it was NOW AFTER 5:00 PM.) They deserve NO RATING!!! MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.....AND I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!

The experience was great. Seemed that they were a little short staffed but the office manager was working diligently to make sure all was running well! Never liked going to the dentist but a little less anxious about my future visits here:)

Such a kind and gentle practice. From the sweet young lady at the front desk to Miranda the gentle assistant performing the X-ray ( which I hate but she made it entertaining) it was a wonderful start. The dental hygienist was so nice and thorough. The dentist - Dr. Simpson was so kind and gentle. He did not rush the visit and did not try to "sell me" unnecessary procedures but spent time explaining all options and was so kind. I've had some really bad past experiences with dentists and this visit redeemed that fear. Thank you to you all and you are highly recommended.

Aspen was great! I liked that they put up both x rays and 3D scans of my teeth to really show me what's up. The hygienist Jessica and all the staff were top notch

Do not shy away from the price (if you don't usually go to the dentist in years I recommend getting dental insurance before going) YOU WILL get your moneys worth of cleaning and even dental medication for the issues that you have. Staff was very nice and very informative on any questions you may have. They even offer payment plans for you to choose from if you don't have the money on hand which is a plus for those seeking to ball on a budget. Jessica which is the hygienist that deep cleaned my teeth was very gentle and respects your pain tolerance when cleaning your teeth. Even with having swollen gums the cleaning was flawless and she makes sure EVERYTHING is clean so you are guaranteed your money's worth! 10/10 dentist office
