I was a little reluctant at first because of previous experience with other dentists, but once I walked in I was ok. For some reason all my fear left me. From the X-rays to seeing the DDS I was feeling all of the service I had got on Tuesday. Very happy I went. Ty

Given the poor service I have received from Aspen Dental at the Mayfield, Brooklyn, and Mentor locations, I would like to make an addendum to a previous review whereby I expressed my dissatisfaction with Mentor (see Google review Aspen Dental Mentor) where I referenced the Brooklyn office in my review. Earlier today, I was in the city of Brooklyn and decided to walk into the Aspen Dental office to get a quote on an electric toothbrush. To my surprise, I saw a sign at the clerk's station visible for all to see whereby Aspen Dental was having a drawing every month where customers could win an electric toothbrush (Genius X valued at approximately $200) if they write a 5-star review. I could not help but wonder whether this was Aspen Dental's desperate attempt to pay off customers with free gifts to offset some of their low ratings rather than to earn positive reviews from customers the honest way. In conclusion, for those thinking about doing business with this questionable establishment, you might think twice. However, if you decide to do business with them anyway and receive the poor quality of service you have seen reported in these reviews, then you have no one to blame but yourself. Consider yourself warned.

I've been going to this Aspen Dental facility for many years, twice a year. Hygienist is great. I don't care about the Dentist that comes in looks at you and walks away. I use a night mouth guard for my bruxism. I need a new one. I had to go through "office manager" to get it ordered and of course pay for it. That day manager was in "meeting", that he'll call me back. TWO weeks later, I'm still waiting for a call. Everytime I call, "manager" is in meetings. I will not go back to this place, I'm looking for another dentist.

Terrible service. I remember going to Aspen as a kid but the new management is burning this company to the ground. Scheduling appointments , cancellations they don't notify you about, miscommunication between offices, and at each and every scheduling department is ridiculous!!!!! If you can avoid this place I would do it at all cost. Do your research at a better office that accepts your insurance, and move on!!!!!!!

I overall had one of the best experiences in my life at that particular dental office, the customer service was impeccably from the receptionist to the Dr. everyone was nice and they treat their patients with the utmost respect and dignity no matter what circumstances or issues that they may have dental wise, I would recommend this dental facility to the President of the United States.
