I had a friendly experience with everyone especially Sara :). She welcomed me in the minute l walked in the door. I enjoyed my visit. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Center Aspen Dental to more people.

The old lady at the front desk with the glasses and curly gray hair is horrible and unfriendly. Came in, not a hello or acknowledgment and when I told her I had an appointment she just had an attitude.

I recommend this location. I had an excellent experience during my visit the staff was really friendly and I would like to especially give thanks to the hygienist Yoah, she did a great job helping relieve my tooth problem and she was also very polite as well as very informative. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had a horrible experience! A couple of days after they "fixed" a previous filling I started to feel throbbing pain coming from the tooth they worked on. It was so bad I couldn't concentrate at work. I called them at 8:30 am on a Friday and the receptionist said she would talk to the doctor and call me back. Two hours no call back so I called them, got a different receptionist and she said she would talk to the doctor and call me back. Yup no call. I ended up going to Shamblott family dentistry and they told me I needed a root canal. Thanks a lot Aspen Dental. Never Again! Stay away from Aspen dental!

They were the worst experience ever! They canceled my oral surgery 2days prior to my appointment without my knowledge.I showed up and had to reschedule with Holly a very rude receptionist.Upon arriving for my rescheduled appointment, I was treated poorly again by Holly.She had no idea of my account balance and caused me to run into my appointment time.Ultimately resulting in Dr. Ishmael stating that he only had time to do half of my surgery.Completely distasteful and unreasonable considering they had already rescheduled my surgery and employees lack of knowledge is beyond my control.This place is vey inconsiderate of your time and are all about taking your money.Go somewhere where you will be appreciated and cared for properly.They should be removed from my employer insurance network for discrimination and putting patients health at risk.The behavior or the staff and Dr are unprofessional and unacceptable. I wish I could give them zero stars!

Your employee Ms. Sara Elizabeth likes to bully people about the tartar on their teeth. Really low for a dental professional/human being.

First appointment was good. For the second, they gave me an appointment card with the correct time I asked for but logged me in the system at an incorrect time and the next opportunity I could reschedule at a similar time was months away.

Hadn't gone in a few years due to covid and when I tried to schedule a cleaning they insisted I needed x-rays, which I declined due to being pregnant. They were unable to make an accommodation and insisted I needed x-rays. Not great customer service over the phone either, wouldn't recommend.

I have had nothing but great experiences at aspen dental in brooklyn center. Their staff members are the most polite and caring people, to the point that you forget there are still nice people in the world. They are true professional and I'm more than happy to give them a 5 star rating, because they have earned it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! I would give them zero stars if possible. I am traveling for work. I wake up with a tooth issue that needs to be taken care of immediately. On their website, it says EMERGENCY. I touch the EMERGENCY tab and it sets up an appointment for me. I get to the office for the appointment and am told that there will only be an X-ray and exam today. I explained to the person behind the counter that this was an EMERGENCY and that is why I selected them for my issue. The person told me that they would check, but did not think they would be able to get me in for anything more than an X-ray. I thought for sure that she was mistaken so I asked if she could talk to someone else to clear this mistake up. Another person poked their head around the corner and said that they guaranteed that I would not get in today. Their website is misleading when it says EMERGENCY. Possibly that is for existing patients, but did not clearly state that. It allowed me to make an appointment without ever have been there before. They were not understanding at all. I would not recommend going to this dental office.

I always have a good experience at the Brooklyn Center Location. Yoah Cammue is great at what she does. She treats me like I'm family and is very kind and personable.

This a business that operates to take advantage of their potential patient. Buyer beware - "free this and free that" but once you are done with all your "freebies" they pin you down for a deposit on a large amount of services ($1,000's) they insist on a deposit and they oversell you. Don't do it.
