Yesterday I had a appointment. It was the Best! Everyone starting with John ( Receptionist) to Kaylee(Finance) to Anna(assisting the Dr) and Dr. Bicknell. It was the most Enjoyable experience. I was a bit nerve like always but everyone I came in contact with, eased that. They showed concern about my needs and took the time with me. Even going to lunch late. Thank You All !!

A waist of $8000 , I'm still in the same position I was minus my natural teeth. I went in only wanting one thing and was convinced to remove 8 or 9 teeth to fit partials and they kept breaking, when I finally ran out of money they started to treat me like trash . I even took out a $3000 loan plus I paid $5000 cash. One of the molars was filled and it covered up a molar that needed to be pulled because I keep getting infections. The beginning experience was great but after the work was started and my money was paid out that good experience changed. All I wanted was my front tooth fixed it turned into a whole different beast to drain my bank account and kick me to the curb like trash I'm Extremely Unsatisfied with the end result. I wish I never would have went ... I could went to a low income dentist and got these results for close to free. I thought this place was pretty good but it's not after all the stuff I been through.

I am advising everyone to avoid ASPEN at all cost. You will pay for it (Physically, emotionally and financially) I had a tooth extracted and am on 2 months of stressful pain. They dismissed my pain and concerns so I've had to go to other offices. I've had to see an oral surgeon and an ENT. It's been AWFUL - I think I have PTSD, honestly, from this whole situation. The staff is rude and they do not care about their patients. I've spoke to people higher up as well and they do not care either. Please please please do not go here and find an office that will give you the care you deserve. ALSO The last time I was there - another couple was in the waiting room with what sounded like similar issues. They were treated poorly by the staff. Pain from an extraction going wrong and they were in WEEKLY about this issue.

If you are Military and using Tricare Prime Remote look else where for dental. Every visit your going to be paying out of pocket.

I visit Aspen Dental Brookfield the staff was kind. I was having a Good Day and went in to discuss billing. There was a sticky blue note attached to my bill summary that stated "WARNING RUDE PATIENT". I didnt know they warn staff like that. Hmmm. I did not get a chance to be rude. I just had a question. Let me guess that note was for another patient.

There's a reason they have so many appointments available! So many things wrong, but I don't want to make it too long. I scheduled it for me and my family within a 1-hour difference. Show up, they only took 1 out of 3 of us, but they said only 2 of us even had the appointments, but I have an email confirmation for the 3rd person. One of us was paying out of pocket and they were the only person taken. If you delve further, Aspen Dental has very bad reviews (check Yelp) and only care about the money, more than others. When it comes to your teeth it's much more expensive than getting a bad food order and paying to get food somewhere else, I would find somewhere else. I think half their reviews are so generic and seem fake. I spent $10,000 in the last year and am planning on spending another $10,000 this year, I went because I saw their good reviews, but, again, if you go on Yelp they're stars are way worse. Plus, when I went to detail it on their website, it doesn't let me push through a comment and all their 800- operators are programmed drones that will just tell you whatever they think you want to hear. And the supervisor just gave me the run around.

I had a deep clean, scaling and planing, done and the hygienist is AMAZING! My visit was so far away from the awful experience I had planned out in my head. This was my second visit here and each time I've enjoyed your staff. Thank you!

I would NOT recommend this office. I recently had an extraction WHICH I was overcharged. I called two other aspen dentals and their price for an extraction was significantly lower. I thought it was high so I wanted to check around...I've been dealing with pain ever since the extraction so I wanted to be seen to make sure it's healing correctly and no infection/dry socket and they wouldn't see me because I wasn't taking Tylenol?! The doc said I didn't have to take any of the prescribed if I didn't want to in the first place..I was obviously taking pain meds just not Tylenol because that messes with my system too much. What.a.joke & patient neglect!!

I hadn't been to a dentist in many years due to anxiety and fear. I chose Aspen out of necessity at first, needing to be seen asap. The team at the Brookfield, WI location is mostly women and were all so kind, gentle and took the time to explain each step of the process before doing anything every time. When they noticed changes in my face from pain or nerves, they asked if I was okay and gave me a moment to collect myself. While this location is further from me than others, I have chosen to continue care here because of the wonderful staff. There is no replacement for a good care team and while I'm hopeful all Aspen locations have good teams, Brookfields is the best I have encountered in quite a long time. As for billing, all charges and payment plans along with my treatment plan were explained to me step by step with reasonable and affordable pricing for me, even being low income. 10/10 recommend even after only 1 appt so far!

Where do I start- Well we went in for a temporary fix for a partial replacement. The staff couldn't agree on who was going to work with us, the assistants couldn't complete a proper mold for the partial, so they were joking around and being rude. Finally a dentist looked at everything and came up with a treatment plan. Receptionist gave us a total for everything after speaking with insurance and getting an estimate. Basically this place is a scam and just money hungry.

DONT EVER CHOOSE THIS LOCATION, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND WAS DENIED SERVICE AND STILL DONT KNOW WHY , I CALLED AND CALLED AND MIND YOU I HAVE INSURANCE , WAS PROMISED A PHONE CALL BACK NEVER GOT IT , I WAS HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEY CANCELLED ON THEY END. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND SLICK WITH ME WHILE I WAS IN THE OFFICE.

I made an appointment at 4:30pm, arrived 15 minutes early and still didn't end up leaving until 6:45pm. The first problem was I didn't get taken back until 5:15pm. When I asked what's taking so long, they explained to me that they take existing clients first, then new clients second. Which to me, was a little frustrating because what is the point of an appointment? I didn't even get a cleaning, I just got X-rays done, my gums checked and briefly spoke with the dentist (who was veryyyyy pleasant and the only reason this has 2 stars). After everything, I had to make an appointment to come back for a cleaning which was for the following week. They just called me and told me they now can't get me in for another 2.5 months... I do understand staff shortages, but respecting everyone's time should be just as important.
