I personally hate going to a Dentist but today at my home town AspenDentist. I was treated so kindly and respectfully from everyone there. I was amazed just how everyone cared about you from the receptionist to the doctors and their staff.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. I went in for a regular cleaning. They took xrays and then refused me a cleaning, saying my teeth weren't bad enough for it. They then told me my teeth were bad enough for a 200 dollar descaling cleaning. When I called to book a standard cleaning and refused the expensive treatment, they told me they won't do it and will only see me if I pay for the expensive option. I called a new dentist and they confirmed to me this is highly unprofessional and it is within my rights to refuse a treatment. They also confirmed to me a standard cleaning would only benefit my smile. Beware of these crooks.

From the moment that I walked through their front door, everyone that I encountered from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist was professional, affable, and courteous. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction but they no longer accept my insurance and that didn't stop them from giving me a free examination (they took an x-ray of my teeth and even referred me to an oral surgeon that accepts my insurance) I couldn't be happier with their world class customer service. I will be referring my friends and family to Aspen Dental of Brockton.

My experience with aspen dental was wonderful From the dental assistant Wislande I say you are patient and kind to me Thank you so much My Hygennist Tiffany was so patient took enough time to clean my teeth and I so happy My Dr Dr Hooda was kind and helped me to understand the importance of tooth care I will recommend aspen dental to my I will recommend aspen dental toy family members and friends

Have you ever gone to the Dentist and fell asleep while they working on your teeth? Well then you might want to try aspen dental in Brockton,Ma ,The Head Doc Amazing,Hygienist Amazing,Assistant's Amazing,even the Receptionist/Billing .Root canal,fillings,Deep cleaning and didn't feel a thing ,it's not just the work they do ,they are true professionals and the nicest group of people I've ever encountered at the Dentist.This is the dentist for my family and I .I know it's a long review but people need to know about you guys..thank you and I will see you guys soon.

Different location, same issues. Their appointment schedulers are really missing the mark. I called and changed an appointment with a live person at this location. I show up for new appointment time I was given and they told me I missed my appointment (the originally scheduled one). It was never changed per the phone call. I can't begin to describe the amount of time wasted on the practice. Terrible terrible scheduling and literally no accountability for it.

very personable staff ,clean facility, everyone seems very skilled.from doctor to manager to staff they explain everything and very courteous . equipment seems state of the art and only observed one chair booth. undergoing repair.

My husband was eagerly waiting for weeks to have his teeth cleaned. When he arrived there, he has NO appointment because the automated system of Aspen sent him an email by mistake and it was the end of the story. Really Aspen!!! Really!! The lady saying is not their fault. Whose system has a failure????? I called myself to book this appointment for my husband weeks ago. Is it really hard to find norwadays some good old costumer service, when you feel you were respected???
