Had 2 teeth pulled. Dentist adjusted my Partial and it was off. I immediately said something, to which he said he thought it would need to fit like this. I had to go out of town for a couple days. The partial was rubbing on my tongue and causing pain. When I got back to town called Aspen to see if I could get in to get partial adjusted and the soonest I could get in was a week later so now for the next week it will be hard to talk, eat or wear partial. Clearly they don't put their patients first. I would highly recommend getting a personal dentist and not a chain.

Drove 50 miles for appointment. New patient. They said my appointment was canceled. No notification. I confirmed by responding to email. Total waste of my time and gas. I will not be returning to this dentist office. Totally unprofessional.

I came to Aspen Dental because my private dentist had stopped taking my insurance. While I got I my almost immediately for my , appointment, It took three weeks to get in for my consultation for my broken tooth. At that visit I paid an "estimate" of what my insurance would not cover of a new crown. Three weeks later I got prep done and a temporary crown. Sometime later my new crown was seated and I was satisfied. I found a private dentist in the mean time that took my insurance and dropped by for my exrays and a statement of my account. I asked what the -444.00 meant on the printout and was told it was overpayment by me and my CC would be credited at the first of the month. It has been two months and when I called today to check on , the office manager looked it up and they owed me even more. She said she was never told about this.She could not give me a satisfactory explanation as to why this was the case, she would not give me the number of her supervisor and she HUNG UPON ME!!! No apology, no time frame when I might see a credit and no additional information. What a disappointing and sad way to conduct a business

When you try to call the local number you can't get anyone to answer. I've spent four thousand dollars for dentures and they are cutting my gums to pieces and can't get anyone to do nothing about it! They suck!

First time being there and it was great from making the appointment to finishing up.with the Hygienist. All very pleasant employees. Certainly great news from.the Dentist, no cavities.

Poor Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment and had to wait 4 months to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment they had cancelled my appointment and given the slot to another patient. Avoid this Dentist if you want to actually get your dental work taken care of.

Friendly staff but everything seemed so sketchy and they make you pay for all the work before they do it. They took my X-rays in an office chair. At most dentist offices they take them in the exam chair. I just had an uneasy feeling with how good the work on my teeth would be.

Everyone there is very nice they try to to make sure you are comfortable and when it's uncomfortable they do their best to make sure it's quick all of them deserve A+++++++++

Very professional and kind. They walked me thru all the dental issues I was experiencing. It was a fairly quick and pain free process. I had a cleaning and an extraction done. Adam C done my cleaning and Adam Major the extraction and I would recommend both for upcoming dental work

The staff is so nice and so friendly. It is hard to feel comfortable at a dentist office but these guys are super welcoming and make going in for my appointment less stressful.

My first visit there was amazing! Best dentist experience I've ever had! The office manager(i believe that's her title, can't think of her name) was truly a blessing. Adam C. walked me thru everything he was doing during my cleaning, super friendly too! All around great

Aspen dental is corporate dentistry at its finest. I've never known of another dentist office that is in the business of add on sales like Aspen is. They require you to have a "needed" pricey gingivitis treatment every time you visit this office before you can even have regular cleanings or any other work done. To top it off, they include things such as a $140 tooth brush that you aren't even aware that you are buying. They sold me the same toothbrush two years ago, and I went along with it and didn't complain.. but when they tried that again the second time, I ask for a refund because I obviously don't need the same toothbrush they already sold me once. I was told I'd get a refund over a month ago. I have left multiple messages and never got a return phone call. I went back to the office to ask about it and was told it would be taken care of the next business day and that they would call me to confirm. What a surprise that it's now been 3 business days and I have recieved no phone call. I'm sure they do fine dental work, but if you don't want to be ripped off and spend your money on unnecessary treatments and products, go somewhere else.
