I had a terrible experience at a dentist's office years ago and it made me nervous to go back, but everyone at this location was super friendly, not judgmental at all, helpful, and kind. They did not make me feel bad and overall it was a great experience!

The dentist is so gentle and knowledgeable of what he does. The helpers are also friendly. The place is very clean.

Problem: When completed with my first appointment a week or so ago, I was handed a bag with a large box in it. It was an Oral B electric toothbrush. I did not ask for it, nor was there anything said to me concerning ANYTHING, like maybe the cost. I assumed it was a new patient gift or was covered by my insurance. Upon arriving for my 2nd visit, I was called in to the "money woman's" office and was told that the Oral B was $135. Sorry, but this was just a sleazy thing to do to a patient. SLEAZY. So, a warning to future patients, make sure you are aware of every penny that you give them and know exactly what you are paying for. The dental hygienist Angela, was absolutely fantastic!

Excellent dental clinic with caring professionals. I had my teeth cleaned and professionally whitened at Aspen. They did an incredible job. 100% recommend Aspen to anyone in need of dental services.

The staff was very nice but the dentist wanted me to get root canal, on top of expensive medicine not covered under insurance that was $100 a dose. I got a second opinion, and that root canal AND the medicine were not necessary at all. To me this seemed predatory, and im furious.

Great customer service I was in & out, the doctors were amazing in assisting with my concerns. The girl was very helpful in assisting me with a pmnt plan. I Definitely recommend.

Everyone I encountered at my first visit was incredibly nice and welcoming. I unfortunately don't know the names of the people who helped me, but both women who helped me with my X-rays and measurements were so friendly. I especially appreciate the process of the first appointment - I was told my treatment plan but not forced to go through with it. I talked to the office manager, I believe his name was Steve, and he went through all my options. What really stood out was that he recommended I wait on certain procedures due to my budget, and suggested I get the urgent work done first. I don't have dental insurance so it was really nice to know they weren't just trying get my money - everyone genuinely seemed to care. I definitely recommend the Bristol Aspen Dental!
