I have a couple problems going on. Mainly with insurance coverage. I always hear, we will check into it and call you back and I never get a call. I have to call back to get any answers. Even then I don't really get any. This has been going on for well over a month.

Great experience!!! I am not a fan of dentists whatsoever. But the staff at the Brighton Aspen Dental was excellent. I went in on Monday for a severe toothache and decided that it had to be removed. By Wednesday I couldn't wait until my scheduled appointment set for the following week. They got me in that day, Dr. Obana walked me through everything and he was outstanding. Best dental experience I have ever had. Thank You Aspen Dental Brighton!!!!

I have to be honest, my teeth were in horrible shape when I sought out a different dentist. At Aspen they get straight to the point, they do not try and slowly milk you for your money by making unnecessary appointments. They make you feel very comfortable and if something goes wrong they will get you in right away.

I love Aspen Dental. My favorite periodontal cleaning was performed by Patricia. Super friendly, gentle and polite.

This is a first class Dental office! Both Tricia and Dr. Obana are amazing and perfectionists in their fields. The front office staff are as great as it gets and give you exactly what you need to know first hand. Love this office.

I hate the dentist and the entire process, but I am really glad I gave them a chance! They all did a great job of putting me at ease and doing what needed to be done so I could reach my goal of a happier smile! Patricia is the hygienist, and talked incessantly, which helped me take my mind off of the anxiety I was feeling!!

I am terrified of going to the dentist. The staff here was so kind and patient. They did everything they could to ease my fear. Not once did they make me feel bad for being scared. I really recommend this place, especially if you're scared.

Staff is very nice and very professional. I came in with an emergency same day they looked at me and even tho I didn't have insurance they set me up with their own payment plan. Very helpfully and understanding.

Please please don't go to this place. Their buisness practices are predatory and unfair priced. Do your homework and look around. This is the door to door vacuum salesman of the dentistry world.

Awesome experience. Solved sensitive tooth caused by another dental office. Feeling much better. Great care and fit me in the schedule to get a cleaning same day. Clean teeth and feeling better. Highly recommend Aspen.

I am very unhappy with their service my dentures that I paid cash for do not fit. Because I did not have insurance they did not want to do any more work than what I paid for. I paid $2,000 for my dentures that do not fit it was a waste of money a waste of time and I do not give them any stars thank you very much sincerely Tina Johnson.

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental Brighton MI. My experience with them today was fantastic, being I have high anxiety going to any dentist office EVER for any reason! Directly from the moment I called to make an appointment, to walking in the door. The receptionist (So sad I forgot her name) was so very helpful and caring! Next called back to X-ray room with Marisha and Jordan! Wow unbelievable the amount of empathy these two have when working with their patients., I am extremely grateful they took the time to notice my anxiety level and help me through my procedures! (Gold for both) Dr. Kevin Obana did my exam and with his expertise and plan moving forward with the care of my teeth finally brought down the rest of my anxiety, with Kaila by his side listening closely to the Dr. And his plan, helped get me moving in the right direction with scheduling nessasary appointments in my near future! Amazing Caring Team!!!! I am absolutely grateful for my experience with them today! Thank you All! Connie R.

If I could give this office zero stars I would. DO NOT HAVE DENTAL WORK DONE HERE! While the front office staff and dental assistant I had were friendly, it doesn't make up for the five weeks of pain I've endured as a result of being IGNORED when I returned to the office in severe pain after wisdom teeth extraction. I visited the Aspen Dental office in Brighton, MI to get a second opinion on whether my wisdom teeth should be removed or not. After a short exam, the general dentist said he "thinks" he can do this on his own without me having to see the oral surgeon. Being without dental insurance and the much lower cost associated with no oral surgery, I regretfully chose to allow the general dentist to remove all four of my wisdom teeth. $1500 and three days later I returned in extreme pain. The dentist who performed my procedure peeked in my mouth for all of 5 seconds before sending in a "prescription" (which turned out to be a steroid pack that I should not have taken with other medications he KNEW I was taking at the time, yet he didn't even tell me what he was prescribing). STILL IN PAIN and uncomfortable returning to the office that dismissed me and my pain, I found another office to take a look. Turns out I had dry sockets AND bone spurs, which could have been treated the first time I returned to Aspen after having the procedure. Because of the lack of care and attention at Aspen Dental, I've spent another $1000 trying to feel better and get the care I should have gotten in the first place. If you want to be in excruciating dental pain for five+ weeks, Aspen can help with that. Otherwise, STAY AWAY! I will never go to another Aspen Dental again and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else ever get dental work done here.
