Every experience is amazing wonderful staff they really do care no matter which facility I go to beautiful spirits magnificent customer service and out of this world Dr., Nurse, Receptionist, last but not least Financial Consultant! The last experience at Aspen Dental was not good. He pulled my lip so hard and long, I didn't think it would form back to the original state. I was there to get a temporary and get fitted for my permanent. They stated that there would be soreness but he could have handled it much better! The root canal performed by a different dentist at another location (not Aspen) was a beautiful experience compared to this sloppy work. He knew how to put the proper items in my mouth to hold it open and provide comfort. The Aspen dentist either is new or a returning dentist. I'm sure the last location sent him to this location on St. Charles Rock Rd. Also the assistance and I had already discussed the coloring of my permanent but he came in and changed it to a darker color! If my teeth are at a level #1, then why change it to a level 2? I'm sure they didn't think I heard them.... When I go back next week, this experience better be top notch or the next review in going on every social media platform known to man. The 1 star if for the assistant. I believe she was new!

I am a senior patient who bought replacement dentures. The bottom denture has been uncomfortable since I received it. I tried for about two weeks to try to get used to them. I made an appointment and was seen for a very short minute and told he couldn't do anything to fix the problem. I am very disappointed. I can't wear bottom plate for more than 4 hours without discomfort. I'm very uncomfortable eating.

They canceled my appointment without telling me until I got there and then told me I have to wait another month for an open appointment. Terrible customer service. Go to a different aspen dental

I would highly recommend anyone needing dental care go to this location. From the initial visit to the last visit staff was prompt, courteous, and extremly diligent insuring my needs were met including splitting an appointment up on the same day for me to not miss work.

The so called dentist kept stabbing me with novacaine and it didn't work then he told me quite down the other patients would think he was torture me very unprofessional

Although down a few people, they were fun, fast, efficient. For my first visit they made me very comfortable and well informed. They were absolutely great.

The staff is friendly, and helpful. The only issue I have is their phone system. I would like to be able to speak to various team members when needed. Overall a very good experience.

My first time and the receptionist had the personality of a mop. She was not friendly whatsoever. She was splotched in her chair, did not greet you the way a receptionist- who is clearly the first opinion you will get. They should get someone else that has a personality and cares. I would replace her in a heartbeat The rest of the employees I dealt with were very nice

Poor service don't go to this place! Lots of reasons why and I'm going to get to the bottom of the so very poor service and rude experience I had at this location from how one person treats the staff there and another treats the clients! Left a peace of tooth in my mouth, I complained to the main office who called me and then never returned my call because I was at work and couldn't talk at that moment, never tried to fix the issue I went there for. Customer service is huge to me.They nailed it! Very caring and compassionate. They took their time and explained my situation to where I understood it and gave me options that I was comfortable with. AWESOME
