Scheduled Appointment for Monday November 7th @ 11:30, appt was confirmed via email, I get to what I thought was my appt Monday @ 11am to be told my appt was canceled because I didn't verbally speak with someone confirm appt. I took off work for this appt and I am highly upset that I could not be seen. Not one thing in the email that I was sent stated you verbally have to confirm your appt....so unprofessional!!!!

I have had the worst possible experience at Aspen Dental in Brentwood, specifically. For my very first appt I was waiting over an hour to be seen, and they refused to even look at my teeth once they took me back and instead only did x-rays. When I went in to get a couple cavities filled, they told me I had three to fill and not two like they previously said. At one point, the office cancelled my cleaning appointment with only a day's notice and couldn't reschedule me until 2.5 MONTHS later! Once I finally was able to go in for this cleaning, I checked in and they told me they no longer take my insurance. This place is a JOKE. Now that I'm going to a different dentist they're still causing me trouble as they either will not send over my x-rays to my new dentist in a timely manner or send it over encrypted. The only good experience I had here was the woman that cleaned my teeth both times I went in for a cleaning, but unfortunately I do not know her name. I would STAY AWAY from this place and would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

They had me drive 30 minutes to do a walk-in appointment only to tell me they were full and I should wait for an hour so I did and then they talked me out of seeing the dentist. Screw this company they are the worst. Go anywhere else.

This review is for Tayler at the front desk. There was an issue with my card processing the balance I had with the office. We had to work on this back and forth for about a week. She made sure she went above and beyond to get this fixed and she did. Thank you Tayler!!

My experience was again phenomenal and I wasn't surprised. There is a spirit of excellence that looms at Aspen Dental that makes me feel confident and comfortable with the front desk ,my hygienist and my dentist. Thank you Aspen team, I appreciate how the insurance was explained and the process of service/ steps will be applied. I know my smile is coming soon.!

I don't even know where to start. I had an initial appointment at a different location (no problems there), then switched to this one because it's closer to where I live. I scheduled an initial appointment in July at this Brentwood office. They called me 2 days before to reschedule. I agreed. I show up the day of, and they tell me I don't have an appointment. I know I spoke to someone in the office, I have the call record. Then I make an appointment in October. I show up, and they tell me they aren't accepting HMOs for the rest of the year. This is ridiculous-- I gave my insurance information to the other Aspen Dental office before all of this, so they should have my info in the system. They failed to mention any of this when I was scheduling. I waited 2 whole months for an appointment that never happened. I'll never go to an Aspen Dental office again. Waste of time.

I do not recommend Aspen Dental in Brentwood. I had one appointment that was canceled not once, not twice, but three times and then when I called to see what was going on the woman said oh, we were calling to confirm your appointment. Sorry, three strikes you're out! I discussed this with multiple managers with no improvement. The place is a revolving door with new staff coming and going all the time. It is the most unorganized dental office I have ever been to in my life! On my first visit they had barely looked my teeth and were pushing their version of invisalign on me. No thanks

I'm getting better every day and I'm back to soups for another 2 weeks so as long as I'm a patient I want the same folks taking care of me. I'm absolutely getting the names of the employees that are irreplaceable! And I wouldn't consider going back without them working here. I absolutely adore people in Brentwood mo aspen however if everyone I adore is no longer working here I will be leaving.

Aspen Dental has left the dental world decades behind. What they should do is catch other dental facilities up. If my word means anything, Aspen Dental will not be able to keep up with their clientele, because they are Amazing. Join them when you're fully ready because they are already ready to change your smile.

I can't say enough positive things about this place. The staff is friendly and engaging. Dr Mustafa and her assistant Sean were very sympathetic and thurough, went slow and explained everything as they went. With these two and the excellent care I've received so far, my faith in dentistry is slowly being restored. The one downside with this place is their scheduling department. I can only have late afternoon appointments due to work, and my last few appointments I've ended up sitting in the waiting room for 45+ minutes each time. Respect for time goes both ways. If you're going to make me wait around that long why not give me a call and say they're running behind so I don't have to leave work early and use my PTO only to sit around?

I think his name is Dr Hall or hull he is amazing made me feel so comfortable for teeth extraction so professional but him and his assistant were amazing but everyone here is just so friendly and down to earth would definitely recommend this location to any and everyone looking for a nice at ease visit

Very Satisfied with my decision on using Aspen Dental. Wonderful Dentist office. Everyone is so friendly and they and willing to work with you yo make sure you can break down the costs and make affordable payments monthly.

Aspen Dental's medical staff was kind, attentive and knowledgeable and the level of care and service superb. Aspen Dental's office environment is clean, organized and the Administrative Assistant was welcoming and nice.

First impression is a lasting impression. First, hour and 15 min wait to be seen after I asked 45 minutes later what the reason for the wait. "They will be with you shortly" that lead to another 25 min then she is seen for one procedure, I paid the entire bill, then she goes back for another 2 hour appointment to find out that she didn't need an crown but she only needed a filling. Now I have to wait 7 days to get a 365.00 refund. There were at least 4 people up from at the desk, at least 5 different dental assistants, so they couldn't be short staffed because several were just standing around. The positive things are the other dentist was able to fix the tooth and the location.
