I have used Aspen dental in Brattleboro VT for around 7 years now. The staff is always friendly. No complaints about that but the lack of communication or what not in that office is terrible. Several times I have scheduled a cleaning and it was either canceled or they tell me I was never put in the books. They are always going through staff changes are not fully training the new hires (as it seems to be). I have recently purchased Invisalign. While the product it's self seems great the actual product takes weeks to arrive. I have waited almost 4 weeks for my new set. I had my scan 10/6. Every time I call and ask for an update I guess the SINGLE individual that has access to tracking is out or they can't get ahold of them. Finally received a call back today 11/1 that the trays are in but they shipped them to the West Leb office. So to get my trays today I have to drive an hour and half out of my way when normally it's a 15 min drive. Prior to the trays arriving on Thursday 10/27 I asked to get a replacement tray for my top set as they were breaking. They couldn't get me in until Nov 10.... I declined and expressed my frustration and let them now I have already waited 3 weeks an would obviously hope my trays would be in before then. Again the staff is always friendly and I know certain things are out of their control. I just feel the situation could have been handled differently. I will be finding a different place to care for my teeth and I will only be going to Aspen when it is in regards to my Invisalign until I no longer need to.

I didn't have any expectations, just had a broken tooth. Scheduling was very easy and availability was great. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by nothing but AWESOME professionals. They called my insurance company before developing a treatment plan and we scheduled everything before I left. Amazeballs!

Needed a tooth pulled, they rescheduled me 3 times within 30 days still in pain and they never pulled the tooth. I went to another dentist, very unfriendly staff.

Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing! I was nervous because my last tooth extraction was pretty traumatizing and it was not because of my dentist at the time he was Greg too but she definitely made me feel more at ease and like I was being understood and heard with my concerns. All the other staff was really nice as well.

Absolutely horrible. Scheduled an appointment and when I got there they said it would be hours wait time. I already had to leave work early and have my boss drive an hour to cover for me it and I couldn't be gone for hours so we rescheduled. Before my next scheduled appointment they called me and told me it would be a very long wait again, mind you this next appointment was scheduled for 7:30am so they rescheduled me AGAIN for 7:30 on a different day. I show up for my third scheduled appointment and they aren't even open until 9:00am. Completely wasting my time and schedule. Incredibly unprofessional and unorganized. No idea what they are doing.

Everyone's nice here, but be prepared to spend time in the waiting every time . Every appointment I've made for myself and kids, we've had to wait at least 30 minutes or longer to be seen. Not sure if they're double booking or what's going on to have such long wait times to be seen. communication upon check in if we're going to be sitting around would be appreciated. I could plan to run errands and come back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My mother went in for cleaning. After waiting for a half hour was told she could get "free xrays" and then after waiting longer Dr came in and said there was NO hygienist in Brattleboro office and she needed to go to Keene to get cleaning! They also tried to upsell her on procedure which no dentist has ever told her she needs.

This is a dentist office that won't clean your teeth. Literally! I waited 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen. I go sit in the chair and they tell me I need to drive to Keene to get my teeth cleaned. That is 30 minutes each way. The dentists there will not do it. I booked the appointment as a cleaning. Ridiculous! Will never go back.

I don't even want to give this one star but I have to just to post a review. Horrible experience both by me and my wife horrible bedside manors. We were both told we needed $10,000 in work each latter found out that's not the case after talking to another dentist just to late my Wife had a root canal done and it was a completely butchered job for starters they started the process using the wrong tools this was admitted by the person preform the work and the head dentist when she was asked for assistance when what was being done wasn't working she told them they used the wrong tools and were causing un necessary pain and problems resulting in more stitches and a bigger whole and bigger problem stuff was put it and the whole stitched up just on Tuesday my wife called back Wednesday as she was in horrible pain not just in the location of the work but other parts of her mouth as well they told her it was normal by Saturday morning she woke up to her stitches pulled thru her gums and we noticed that they actually damaged another tooth that was perfectly fine and called the on call starting at noon Saturday till 10pm the on call was very apologetic with her as it's not there fault and they kept re sending the messages to the on call dentist with no answer Monday my wife called and was told that yes the dentist received the messages but didn't respond to her as she didn't feel it was a problem and would be okay to come in and she would fix the problem as by this point the insert they put in had fallen out now they want to charge us again to redo all of the work as it was done wrong the 1st time and fell out horrible experience and will never go back

My wife went to get top dentures last year. Now after trying to have her permanent replacement fitted the dentist states that she's now having bone lone in her mouth and wount be able to help make the dentures we paid for work and tries to up sell implants for $12,000 more dollars. So that's $16,000. I went there 2 months ago to have a bad tooth looked at. To be told that all my teeth need to be pulled. $10,000 I go back last week and they tell me that I can have them filled and capped instead of pulled for $4000 a tooth. It seems like instead of helping people with thier smiles they are just trying to cash in on the highest priced service.

Dr. Patel removed a broken molar very easily and with little pain and she has a wonderful bedside manner. Office is thorough and very friendly.

I didn't have a problem with Aspen Dental. There staff were courteous and very nice. There was very little wait time. I would recommend them to anyone.

The people and dentists that work at Aspen Dental are wonderful!! Polite and caring. I barely sat in the waiting room. Very clean and all equipment was clean as soon as it was done being used. No scare of COVID here! I have quite a few dental issues. These issues where explained well and we are added the most severe issues 1st. Any dental procedure is expensive, they set up a payment program easily and quickly.

Nothing bad to say from first calling to make an appointment to conclusion of my visit. Someone named "Jill" (in Indiana!) was the helpful, very pleasant person who made the Appt for me for the next day. I live in Vermont. All personnel at the facility couldn't have been nicer & more considerate. My only problem is the cost of getting the repair needed and the "estimate" for future work. I'm certain this is the same no matter where one goes today, but very tough for the elderly who live strictly on social security. The total for recommendation of work needed came to $9,000+....with an "estimated" discount of $1,578.15(?)...bringing total to $7,599.85. Completely un-doable for someone on a very fixed income. Not their fault. Just not remotely a possibility for many, many seniors.

Dr Patel or Dr "Z" as she is known, is a fine dentist and takes the time to clearly and thoroughly explain what she is doing and why... and then goes about it effectively and rapidly... hence I gather the nickname "Dr Z" would come for the sound of her & her mind 'whizzing' through problems to come about with the best solution as she moves from one patient to the next. Alyssa is one of many fine assistants who was in perfect sync with Dr Z during my three cavities that were all taken care of today. In my last visit Coleen arranged for me to receive a senior's discount for a crown and suggested using a Dental Care plan as I had two crowns that were needed ~ all these steps are working out and ... soon I'm advised they will are adding a dental assistant for cleanings instead of requiring clients to go to Keene for this service as that was required this past year. All in All a fine experience. Grateful I heard about them.
