I recently moved from Miami to Tampa and the people at Aspen Dental were nice generally speaking, the place was pretty clean (though I was threatened by this one solitary huge ant that was crawling around my chair), and the consulting staff was pretty knowledgeable. One of the techs had a tough time taking my x-rays/pictures, but she called a another tech to help her out and in the end, we got through it. My issue came up when I presented my insurance: though I was told I was "in network" and that they accepted my insurance, the estimate for a thorough cleaning of all four quadrants was so high, I couldn't even go back to the establishment to discuss anything. I'm not going to post that quote here, but what I will say is that I went in for a cleaning and I ended up paying approximately $60 for 'x-rays and a mouthwash (+/- $45) when the visit usually costs me about $5, and I still have not had my issues resolved. Come to find out I needed to update my address to my insurance provider so that they could provide me with a list of dental facilities here in Tampa that would be in the price range I was used to as cleanings should cost me almost nothing. I would have appreciated knowing this upon my visit as the stickershock caused me to delay even addressing my dental issues. Live & learn I guess...

Don't even think about this place, they just booked appointment and waiting is there for 1 hour.. There staff is very rude and they don't even know how to talk with customers. Don't go to this place they just want your money and they don't want to do anything.. And even fake reviews.

Went to Aspen in Brandon due to a broken and very painful wisdom tooth. I was a new patient, and was very happy to hear it was a free consultation and the extraction was reasonably priced. Thankfully Dr. Singh came to the rescue letting me know he would remove the tooth same day so I wouldn't have to suffer over the weekend. It was quick, practically painless, and just an overall very pleasant experience. All of the staff were so extremely kind and helpful, all just so super sweet! Not to mention my mother and my boyfriend have nothing but good things to say. So glad I chose Aspen!! Highly recommend

Could have done 5 star if I was giving an immediate solution. Front crown broke off last night at 10:30. I was able to get an appt immediately next day at 8:45. I was hoping to have short term solution while working on long-term fix, however only offered long term fix. Left disappointed. The fact they got me in was so quickly was amazing. Wish I could have gotten something done or started other than consult

I hardly ever leave reviews but when it comes to health it's necessary I share my experience. Coming into this office it was a very friendly professional and courteous staff they seemed patient as well. I came in for a root removal because my tooth broke off leaving the rot in my gum. They removed the tooth and gave me an Rx along with instructions on what to expect avoid and what not. I came back a week later to have my cleaning done and was still in excruciating pain the Dr who performed my surgery stated I had a "dry spot" I read that could happen but normally it happens when someone smokes or drinks out when the body doesn't heal properly. (I'm a health guru so I know and take very good care of my vessel) he cleaned out the gum and sutured the gum and stated he put medication for the dry spot in the wound and that there should not be anymore pain as the dry spot was the cause. I stated to him that I had a tooth Remove before and that I never felt pain such as this where the pain was now in my temple nose jaw and pretty much the whole left side of my face I had missed a week of work time with my significant other and children and did not want to continue this way and if he was sure there was nothing else as the cause he reassured me this was the end of all. A week later I'm still in pain the stitches had come out and they wound was still open. Being that I'm curious and have a medical background I began to feel around with my tongue and felt a small bump on my gum where the tooth was extracted and ran to the mirror I called the dentist office and the person who answered stated all the doctors are away for a business trip in Miami and that they would not be back until Monday for me to get a RX. Well on Monday I'm fooling around in my mouth and hear a crack and now can feel something coming to the surface the rest of my tooth that was said to be completed out

My experience with Aspen Dental was great everyone was friendly from the time I walked in the door until I left.The procedures I had from exray to cleaning was awesome I will tell anyone to go to Aspen Dental Brandon.

I had to edit my review not return back to Aspen Dental the dentist service removing your teeth is great have a hard time getting Dentures right my Temporaries was a nightmare I will keep you the location of the causeway in Brandon I would not recommend it for dentures I will not return back also I will keep you updated on anything new

While the staff seemed capable and very friendly, particularly the X-ray tech, who was so gentle knowing how much pain I was in, I was surprised and disappointed I arrived miserable and in great pain and left the same way. Though we have a plan in place to change that, it's three days later now, and the pain has lessened, but it's still pretty bad and last night was the first time I've been able to sleep at all. I was highly pleased at the scene of the office so bright and clean and the technology is so up-to-date. Also I was so appreciative the the hygienists agreed to stay a little after hours to prep my tooth for an unexpected needing of a crown, so the damage would not go any further. Highly recommended

I have been to several different dentists in the area trying to get my smile fixed and couldn't get anyone to follow through. I explained to them what happened and the help I needed and they took me by the hand and assured me I would be just fine. I feel I have finally found the perfect place to get my smile back.
