Great people, explanation for what was obvious, what was not obvious, projected dental work needed, a really comprehensive appointment with knowledgeable staff and doctor, I was pleased with all the modern technology and equipment used in my visit. Looking forward to pursuing the dental care proje Ted at Aspen Dental in Boynton Beach.

The excellent customer service began with the first phone call for my first time appointment. I was able to be seen the same day, convenient. Brittany, at the front desk, was helpful and courteous. Bianca escorted me in and explained what I was to expect. Dr Shapiro explained more and was very polite and professional during the oral exam. Hygienist Jamie & assistant Eve continued my care with a very gentle touch and smiling eyes behind their masked faces. Last, Jeff at the back desk guided me effortlessly ( no stre) through my insurance task. Overall, I felt welcomed, listened to, and will be back for my cleaning next week. Thank you Aspen Team! Absolutely love this office !!! Amazing staff vary flexible with helping you find a better appointment time . I was scared to get my wisdom teeth removed & probably called 5 times to ask questions they got me in touch with the oral surgeons assistant or something & I was able to speak to her , she even told me I could call her personal cell anytime with questions. The staff is like family

Had a dental emergency over the weekend. Found an Aspen Dental newly opened near where I live. Made an appointment for Monday morning and they took care of my problem. Very efficient and friendly. Will return here for my dental needs.

I had 11 teeth removed and temporary ones put in same day. I was asleep for procedure but experienced very little pain when I woke up. Slept through the night and still experienced very little pain in the morning. Would definitely recommend Aspen Dental (Jog and Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL)

I can't tell how much my experience has changed my view on Dentists. The service was a very pleasant, and professional. I went in by an immediate problem. I had broken a tooth and was in horrendous pain. All the staff was sincere and sympathetic to me and did all they could to help. I have had teeth extracted in the past and was apprehensive. The dentist and staff are so nice. The Dentist removed my tooth before I knew it. The whole thing was so easy for me. Many Thanks to the entire staff.

The office is wonderful, the technicians are patient, the dentists and everyone are professional, friendly, patient, kind, helpful, understanding. We are very happy we chose Aspen!

Very nice office full of technology except a real dentist that can repair lightly chipped tooth. They have done everything except the one thing that I made the appointment for, chipped tooth. Very disappointed how dismissive they were about my chipping tooth and they were trying to push and schedule everything else totaling over 12k. Wrong approach to get new customers, Will never go there again!!!

Biggest Crooks, Especially If You Have PPO Dental Insurance. TOO MANY UNNECESSARY X-RAYS. Call your dental insurance provider, so you'll be aware of the maximum allowed. Poor work for fillings done in December 2021, needs to be redone. Oral Cancer exam is a great tactic to get more $. Is there a commission for every test agreed upon?

made appointment for check up and cleaning. insurance covers a biannual cleaning. basic preventative dental care. not at Aspen. said i need a gingival irrigation. my last dentist, which had for 10 years, said my gums were very good condition 6 months ago now i have issues? i told them i wanted preventative cleaning that was covered by aetna not the up charged gingival irrigation cleaning. they refused to do the cleaning stated by jeffrey medick, office manager, that it was in my best interest and the hygienist would only do the uncharged procedure.for $236.50! jeffrey said i would need to see another dentist if i just wanted a cleaning. i believe this place is unethical.

This was my first experience with Aspen dental, and possibly my last. I will start with the pros... 1. They have a beautiful office with a very friendly staff. 2. They were following covid safety and everything was very clean, and cleaned after use. 3. They were extremely thorough. 4. The hygienist makes your next cleaning appt, so checkout is a breeze. Now for the things that I really didn't enjoy... 1. They make you have an initial visit before a cleaning visit. So what should take one visit, takes two. 2. My overall feel was a franchised business rather than a medical office, and yet their medical paperwork was worse than at a new primary care physician. 3. The initial visit seemed so excessive (which is maybe why they won't do the cleaning in same visit. I had over 20 xrays! 4. I don't know about you, but I have never done well with x-rays. Biting on those contraptions makes me gag and stressed. After ALL of them, and me almost throwing up 4 times, they decide it would THEN be a good time to take blood pressure (which was obviously off the charts due to the way I was feeling during xrays.) SUGGESTION: Take BP first. 5. They use fear to try to persuade you to purchase extras. "I am sure you want to find out if you have oral cancer, right? We have a screening available for $$$" 6.They push product and tools like dealers. Sorry, thanks. I will save all the $$$ and get what's needed through Amazon. 7. After the initial visit I was taken back into a cubicle to discuss my treatment plan. Again a tactic to get more money. Although Jeff was lovely to chat with, it was unecessary. 8. My cleaning was just ok, by far not the greatest. And the hygienist had to step away for over 10 min. Overall, I feel like if I hadn't taken such good care of my teeth over the years and KNEW I had no issues, I would have been taken to the cleaners! Buyer beware!

I'm extremely happy with Aspen dental located in west boynton beach and jog rd. The dentist Shapiro, hygienist Jamie, and the rest of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and Very plaisant! I would give a 10 star to Dr Shapiro and hygienist Jamie

Overall great experience. The office manager was very professional and was able to move my appointment last minute. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and approachable. The hygienist was very friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth.
