I couldn't recommend strongly enough to avoid this place. My experience was and is atrocious. First, they claim you have LOTS of dental work you MAY not need, then recommend financing the services through a bank they get major kick backs from. The primary dentist is young and inexperienced. I fell for the whole routine, ended up getting practically all my teeth drilled, and now my teeth are worse than they've ever been in my life. I still can't eat hard foods, and it's been a while. Gum and food get caught under my filings. Cold water is still a no go. Filing material was and still is coming off of my teeth. Set up an appointment for a follow up. THEY CANCELLED. Twice. Even though I took time off from work. Oh, and the best part? Got a bill for $600 after they assured me I paid the full amount a month after the mutilation. And how exactly would this be resolved? 'Come in! Give us another chance to make it worse?' No thank you. You've done plenty. I feel like this is an episode of botched, tooth edition! Be careful when choosing a dentist. Update! One of my fillings came out! Thanks Aspen

I have had several appt.s @ the Bowling Green Aspen Dental office over the last 2 1/2 yrs. Now you have to understand, I hate the dentist office. I always have, BUT these patient, caring, gracious and professional people totally accept this fact about me. They have done absolutely everything in their game book to make their office a calm place and get the job done. They are a well oiled team that knows their stuff, and I am totally thankful for them. GOOD JOB!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

I changed my review because it wasn't fair to all the staff and it's unfair to downgrade because of one person. The issue is being handled and the experience for me here has been excellent overall.

This Aspen has finally turned things around and made this an amazing office. I am really impressed with the changes they have made and how quickly the improvements were implemented. Happy to continue being a patient.

I appreciate the staff from the call center Paula, dental assistant Marisa, dental hygienist Jenna, front desk staff, office manager and Dr Zac. I started my journey today very anxious and nervous about seeing the dentist and each person I came in contact with were kind and professional. They made what could have been a terrible experience a very calm and reassuring visit. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental care!!! Thank you Aspen staff.

It was the first time I was there. I had a crown fall out and got an appointment in 2 days! The entire staff were very pleasant. I joined the dental plan they had because I have no dental insurance and it helped me put with the cost. I'm going back in a month for routine cleaning. I would recommend Aspen Dental to family and friends.

No one likes going to the dentist other than for a cleaning. My first visit was comforting and made me feel relaxed. The ladies were all friendly and well experienced, which is a plus! And I really like Dr. Ickes.

Always a pleasure going here. Not because I'm having all my teeth extracted and preparing for dentures, but because every person there has been straight forward and honest. The friendliness, respect and downright truthfulness from everyone is exceptional. If you can't handle the truth or don't want to know the truth, don't go here. They showed me the X-rays and pointed out every issue with my bone and lack of bone around my teeth. I have the utmost respect for them and appreciate the time they spend with me going over the treatment plan and cost. Kudos to Aspen Dental in Bowling Green, Ohio!!

One of the worst experiences I had. If you scheduled an appointment with them, you better call and make sure your appointment is still active before you visit. If the dentist is not available, they neither call, email nor their online portal updated. I have been trying to get an hygienist appointment since 4 months and they keep rescheduling. I cancelled the treatment to go with either different branch or provider.

Great experience! Doctor was patient & explained everything in detail. Dental Assistant was also great! I've never had an office that "scanned" my mouth and showed in 3D. Really cool. Highly suggest!

Aspen is very persistent in asking me to review my visit! Ok. Please stop, I'm doing it! Very professional and pleasant overall. They had the same cheap peel-and-stick vinyl floor squares in their waiting room that I put in my kitchen, but theirs looked like they were holding up better (5 year warranty from 10 years ago), so kudos. I had an exam and yet to have a real procedure, so if they can keep their floor tiles looking that good, I expect wonderful things in my mouth.

Appointment was scheduled for 11 am... it is now 12:27 pm and we are still sitting in the waiting room... guess it's a great thing I took the entire day off of work for my son's procedure cause apparently our time is not important... would not recommend unless you want to sit in their waiting room for 2 hours after your scheduled appointment!! Just very poor service and communication!!!
