I was shown nothing but hospitality, and generosity. I loved the dentist I saw. His bedside manor can rival any doctor or dentist in this area. The young woman who took my x-rays was generous and one of a kind. I'm so happy they are in my home town. I give them 5 out of 5

I had two molar extractions and I am very anxious when at the dentist. Dr. Seritis and Paige were amazing. I felt very little pain when getting the novocaine and the extractions. Afterwards they checked on me and gave me detailed after care instructions. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back! Thank you Aspen Dental for helping me get a good nights sleep!

This Dental office and Dr. Seretis are the best! Dr. Seretis was my dentist in Schaumburg IL. for about 15 years until the dental partnership, he was in dissolved. Dr. Seretis is very skilled and very conservative and never recommends unneeded dental work. He also accepts all insurances and therefore his prices are extremely reasonable. Dr. Seretis relocated to Bourbonnais, IL. and reopened a failed & closed down Aspen Dental Office. Now this location is booming and has won many awards. I have so much respect for and confidence in Dr. Seretis and the staff that he assembled that I gladly travel 150 miles round trip from Schaumburg for my cleanings & checkups. For me it's a nice "road trip" all on expressways. I am retired so that's not a problem. If you are within traveling distance, they are well worth the trip, they go the "extra mile" for their patients! The Doctors & staff are very professional, and the patients are treated like family. If you are dissatisfied with your present Dentist & high prices, give Dr. Seretis & his staff a visit, you won't be disappointed! Almost forgot, they also have very good prices for people that don't have Dental insurance.

Please do not get dentures here. Still no response from the owner about a refund for the unusable dentures I received. One of the most depressing and disappointing experiences of my life. Do not go here for dentures. They are liars. Their money back guarantee is false. The dentures are Ill fitting and look terrible. I ha tmj pain and headaches . I spent alot of money here for extractions and dentures. They told me they were beautiful and I was pretty much crazy. Aside from the appearance I can't close my mouth properly or chew on one side with them. I have been waiting for over 12 months for teeth that I can wear. They can not adjust or fix these teeth and lied and said they would make a new upper for my old bottoms since the set of dentures they have made now we're unsatisfactory. When I went for the appointment they told me they never said that and refused to do anything. They tried to make me feel like their poor workmanship was my fault. The teeth they make do not fit or look like the wax molds they have you sign off on. Please do not waste your money. They will crush your expectation of having presentable or functional teeth. I hope this never happens to you, your mother or grandmother oranyone . I haven't been to the dentist in years! Reluctantly I let my wife make me an appointment at Aspen Dental. I didn't know what to expect. I was dreading it. But, the fact is ... they made me feel very comfortable with the entire process and explained everything that was about to happen. Everyone there is fantastic! I can't wait to go back! I've got an extraction scheduled next week but I'm not filled with dread this time. Thank you Aspen Dental!

The sweetest assistant ever! The dental dr. I liked how he was straight forward and reassuring. The front desk ladies were so nice as well. 100% recommend this dentist to anyone literally the only dental place I actually can trust.

Everyone with the exception of the receptionist were very professional, was questioned about my appt, as if I was trying to sneak in the back door, when I produced my appt. Card she wouldn't even look at it, after requesting it., almost as if I was a real problem for her. Rude!!

Extremely unorganized & unprofessional dental office! When I called to make an appt, I did inform the woman that I was expecting. When I arrived for my initial consultation, they told me that they need a letter from my OB to get X-rays done. I didn't want to get X-rays done as I had them done earlier in the year, nor will my insurance cover 2 sets of X-rays. They pretty much just sent me away saying they can't help me. As a pregnant woman, dental care is sooo essential & it's a shame that now I have to wait even longer to be seen. My only real goal was to get a cleaning done. This company forces you to see a dentist before they can even schedule a hygienist appt. After having a bad experience at my previous dental office, I would have thought that I was stepping forward in the right direction but now I'm back at square 1 because I was never informed that I needed a doctor's note to be seen. It should be an option for a pregnant woman to get X-rays & not a mandatory protocol! There was one front desk lady that had a rude demeanor & the whole experience was such an embarrassing, waste of time! I don't recommend going here!

My husband and I both had appointments and this was by far the best experience at a dentist we've both ever had. Everyone was super friendly, we got everything done that we needed, and we didn't have to wait long before being taken back! Megan is amazing!

Always so friendly and welcoming. I have a serious dental fear but they always make me feel so at ease. Always in and out too which is so important to me.
