This place is horrible. Had an appointment for 9:30 and its currently 10:20 and we still have not been seen. We are currently just sitting in the front. The desk woman was extremely loud and rude, she was not informed about her job. She could not answers questions about her job that she should know. The decorations is the only good think.

Amazing service.I am a medical professional myself,and they were able to work around my time constraints. Ms.Anettra in scheduling was amazing.The front staff was Laterica Ford and she was very kind . Dr.Fernandez and Nunez were amazing and very kind.

The worst place you can go. They send you surprise bills that were never discussed before treatment. The most ridiculous dental place around!

I had my basic cleaning done with Ms. Shemika and she was very kind and thoughtful. She explained the entire process that would take place and made sure I was comfortable. One of the best hygienist I've met.

I was seen for a series of treatment May-July. They changed my patient responsibility without communicating it with me even though my treatment plan didn't change, have failed to bill my insurance correctly multiple times (five claims for one visit alone filed incorrectly, finally fixed by my insurance company). I've tried calling them so many times; I know they are busy but I've gotten the runaround multiple times, and different information every time I called. I will not be returning. The staff was very friendly, especially the techs, hygienist and dentist, but not can't afford to pay out of pocket for treatment I was told would be covered under insurance. *someone called me today and is working on my over payment, after months of different answers. I'm hoping it gets fixed

Went into this office about 4 moths ago to pack my tooth for a root canal and really haven't heard anything from them until I called an asked what was going on. The person that answered said that the cap hasn't come in yet and they give me a call when it does. Can someone tell me how does it take for a cap to be made! It's been almost 4 mths no call to say can you Caine in so we can check the infection. But they were glad to take all funds up front and added extra funds after I went in for the procedure. Then sent me an $85.00 bill say something about insurance when I paid cash. Will NEVER go back and I would NOT refer anyone to go there.

I would NOT recommend getting any work done here. It really is all about the money and not about the client. I was persuaded to try Invisalign last year, it's not a cheap purchase, I was finally done with my process and had my teeth scanned for a retainer in May 2022... I still have NOT receive my retainers 6 months later. It's October 2022, Mind you it does not take that long to get retainers in, I have called, emailed and even went in person to try to get some answers as why I haven't received my last retainers or what had possibly happened to them...the only response for the last 6 months was " were not sure, they might come in our next shipment, we will give you a call if they do." Eventually I got fed up with their same response and went to another dental office(not aspen) they scanned my teeth and within two weeks had my retainers. I don't not recommend this place for anything, whoever reads this yall have been warned.

Son was drilled for a crown July 8, said it will be in in about week, week and a half so that it can be finished.... Called to check July 14... Not there yet... Received text and emails trying to get me to schedule next appointment... Called July 20... Still not there.... More texts and emails.. Called august 1.... Still not in... More texts and emails... Called august 8 (1month since drilled)... Still not in... Recieved letter on Friday August 12 saying must schedule by August 4 (8 days ago) or could be charged fees... Currently August 15..... Called 9am.. on hold 32+ minutes then promptly hung up on Called right back (9:43am)... Not even put on hold just hung up on... Called right back (9:45am) ... On hold 25 minutes, talked to some one who put me back on hold for a few more minutes... When she came back she said still wasn't there and agreed that it was well overdue she would have them go into the system and find out the problem and call me back...... Recieved call from Aspen (5:45pm).... It was Automated voice reminding me I need to make that appointment. That guy's voice is really annoying

Price is way to high,you can never get them to answer the phone, an they pulled my bottom teeth an was not suppose to, the fit of the dentures is a joke it's been a year an I still can not eat with them, they really don't care about you once they get their money, I purchased the comfilyne an there is no differenc between the comfilybe an the temporary dentures. My suggestion is affordable dentures everyone I know that went to affordable dentures their dentures fit perfect an the cost is is much less

Everyone was so nice there including the financial lady and everything The dentist Dr Allen b was so so sweet and the girl that cleaned my teeth and everything and gave me all the pinchers was super nice I think her name was shanika

Experienced tooth ache for a week, telephoned for appointment at 7:00 am and had an appointment at 8:45 am and had my tooth pulled by noon. All this care and for a very reasonable cost. Now that's medical care you don't find anymore.

The service was great !! The receptionist was fit me in for an appointment. The young lady that did my X-rays (Veronica)also great. Samantha did my deep cleaning she was gentle, professional and knowledgeable and most of all friendly and down to earth !!!

I was in a hurry, to get to work. Dr.Alanbari and Shetara worked fast to get me out, but not only that, they did a great job. They made me feel comfortable and put my mind to ease, dental work can bring on my anxiety. So know that they will take care of you!!
