Shockingly unprofessional, they happily scheduled an emergency appointment for my son when called late evening for the next morning, just cancel it next morning since they were not looking at pediatrics patients, even if it's an emergency. Let me tell you this: when I called to schedule the appointment, I gave his FREAKING birthday didn't I?! Of course it's not your problem, why would you be accountable.

My sad experience with Aspen Dental started with a desire to straighten my teeth and bite. I used aligners for this purpose. I came to Aspen Dental (Bolingbrook). Wasil Malichin was my doctor. The first doubts about his professionalism appeared during the use of the aligners, my gums inflamed at the place where the aligners were rubbed. It hurt a little. When I came to Wasil Malichin with a complaint, he said that he did not see any problems. I went to another clinic where the inflammation was cured. I used the aligners from Aspen Dental for 6 months, after 6 month Dr. Wasil Malichin said that this was enough and set the appointment to install the retainers. Before putting on the retainers, the doctor removed the hooks from the teeth to which the aligners were attached. He also decided that my upper front teeth would be better if they were also cut out and made all at the same level. He didn't ask me about it, didn't offer a photo of what it would look like. He just decided that it would be better that way. He sawed off the upper front healthy teeth without my consent. You can see how it looked before and after in the photos I have attached. I did not immediately understand that this happened the way he fiddled for a long time. When I got home and saw that my front teeth were filed, I was very upset and made an appointment the next day. The next day he said that I had given him my consent to have my teeth filed. This is not true, he just started to justify himself. When I asked him why he did it, he said he wanted to make me a "Hollywood teeth". I've never seen front teeth the same length, even "Hollywood teeth", upper front teeth are always slightly longer than the rest. He said he could trim the rest of my teeth to make the front teeth longer again. He offered to cut healthy teeth! How can such a person be a doctor? Then he said that this can only be corrected with crowns or veneers. He renounced this monstrous mistake and did not acknowledge it. Think carefully before going to Aspen Dental. I am not recommended for treatment with Dr. Wasil Malichin.

I don't understand this office of aspen dental, bolingbrook, they make a fraud on me. every 2 months they send me a bill of 150 dollars, and I didn't go to them or do anything with them to pay that amount. I did deep cleaning for a quarter of my teeth and paid from insurance, and closed my account, and this is 3 years ago... I called them on the bills and explained to them, and then they said it's totally fine, really, that You do not owe us money. They kept sending me bills of 156 dollars and my husband and I called, and I asked them to cancel my name from their system to don't send me a fake bills every 2 month. Iam so tired of the, but it was of no use, and today they sent me another bill.... By the way, the last time I told the accountant, I will call the police, an report you. She replied to me , and said , call the police, he will do nothing. for you.

When I walked in the receptionist was very friendly. The hygienist was friendly and talk about everything that she would be doing. I met the Dentist he was the same way explained everything. I met office manager great personality and explained everything. It hurts when NO ONE WILL EXCEPT MY INSURANCE BLUE CROSS COMMUNITY MMAI. I've been looking for 2 1/2 years. If they do they DON'T DO EVERYTHING. So I have to pay out of pocket like a lot of other Seniors that only have once a month income. Yes I have called my dental plan people often Dental Quest have been No help. Darlene Ames

Everyone without exception treated me with kindness and respect.As a Senior citizen with limited funds ,I was given a detailed plan for the work to be done and the most affordable options.I highly recommend this place to others in the Bollingbrook area!---

Aspen Dental in Bolingbrook is a very nice professionally run office. Very attentive Staff with excellent customer service skills. I saw Dr. M. He offers painless dentistry (to me anyway). In my unprofessional opinion he appears to be up to date with the latest in dentistry practices and procedures. I'm glad I found Aspen Dentistry in Bolingbrook.

Not good, Had to replace a broken partial. Meaning had to buy another one because it only had a two year warranty. Not notified of that small detail. So thanks

My hygienist is awesome. She is so kind and considerate and makes sure that I am comfortable at all times. I've only had 3 visit so far and she remembers me as well as notices my progress and any changes with my dental health and I love that. Her office is so clean and sanitize and she even has cute signs in her office! 10/10

I went in sometime last month to get a broken tooth extracted. The nurses were super nice, and got me through the cleaning fast and efficiently. But then the day I came in for the extraction, I noticed they extracted one of my wisdom teeth, rather than the actual broken tooth. So now a month later here I am, same exact pain, same exact tooth still causing me trouble. I feel like I've been finessed because now I'm paying all this money back, for a job that wasn't even done right.

I had an appointment with Aspen dental for a check-up. I use the $19 coupon for x-ray and exams. I found the staff to be courteous, and very knowledgeable. I was truly pleased with my visit and I will be returning for further treatment.

The lobby is nice great first impression. Lauren who helped me with x rays is absolutely amazing. She has great conversation. Tells you step by step on what's gonna happen. Dental hygienist is super nice as well. Every single question I had she answered. My daughter was with me which she asked her questions as well. Which she had a a lot of patience's because we both asked a lot. Dentist was nice very straight forward great plan in place. Where my problem comes to place. Is that I was not told a certain charge it was just tact onto there. Without my constant. I don't appreciate that. Makes me feel like I will be charged extra further down the line. Since I do need a lot of work done...but my trust is ruined. I just don't feel comfortable.

Taliyah, Kaylin, Lauren, Dana and Dr. M are all professionals with positive personalities. They are knowledgeable, informative and sensitive to the needs of their patients. I now have an outstanding first impression of Aspen dental. Other locations have a high standard to live up to.

This facility is very hard sell. It appears they are a money machine. They charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission for an upcoming cleaning. I had told the office manager that I had planned on paying cash for that service. To add insult to injury the receptionist had extremely poor customer service skills and was belligerent and smart alec about this incident. Some some of the staff were very pleasant.

Went there and got the speech that I need deep cleaning, I'm ok with that, then they came with an almost 4k bill with a 1000 bucks out of pocket (the rest would be paid by my insurance) and the cherry on top was that while I was waiting I heard the same speech to another patient, like the guy had the same problems? What coincidence. I understand that's a business, But I felt like was going to a store and being quote to do flooring in my house, not a dental place. Don't recommend to anyone, the dentist just came to say the same thing that I was told and less than a minute and left.
