Went in for my first visit with Aspen and it was overall a great experience. Everyone was friendly and extremely HELPFUL! Very welcoming environment! Highly recommend!

Vary friendly staff, everyone from the front desk to the assistant who takes you back to the actual DDS then to scheduling, welcoming and clean environment. Really couldn't ask for more.

Truly believe this group of people are made to do each of their jobs above and beyond. Ever had a bad experience somewhere and thought 'This is not where I want to be'? You'll have the exact opposite of that at Aspen. Nicely done Aspen peeps!

Today I feel like I was lied to today was suppose to pick up my partial when I went to pick it up it wasn't there. Took time off work to do this. No phone call from them. No told it could be 2 more weeks but there not sure. Thanks a lot

I cannot sing enough praises about this location. I was a was walk in (it was an emergency to me) and was greeted immediately. I informed them that I had broken a front tooth on my dentures and was hopeful they could get me in to repair it quickly. Right then all 3 employees at the front started figuring out if the dentist could wiggle me in and if their repair tech could fix it. Within 30 min my dentures were in the lab and 2 hours later I got a call to come get them because they were fixed. Pricing was fair for something they did not make. 10/10 recommend.

Do not judge a book by it's cover. Yes it looks like a nice dental office and people can act friendly. However these people are greedy. Waited well past my appointment time to be seen. Had some X-rays done and my teeth looked at. Nothing else done though. No cleaning at all. Was told I would have to make another appointment for that. Spent 2 hours total for this! Would recommend another dentist. There are plenty of better dentist in the area.

BEWARE-DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have a history of chronic linguinal nerve damage from a wisdom tooth extraction done years ago, therefore, I have chronic pain and numbness on my left lower side of the mouth. I am a registered nurse currently attending nurse practitioner school, and am personally taking 2 blood pressure medications. My blood pressure was not taken prior to receiving lidocaine injections, which is not only a PARASTHESIA causing anesthesia medication, but also a powerful antiarrythmic medication, which interacts with both medications I am taking. The dentist (d'Angelo) was/should have been aware of this history at my initial visit. However today, during my procedure appointment, without discussing my history, I was injected with lidocaine twice into my damaged linguinal nerve sending my pain threshold through the roof. The amount of F bombs I threw out at that moment has mentally put me to shame, as I usually am a very calm, collected person who likes to remain articulate and professional. However the reaction I received from the dentist was rude and frankly the most unprofessional display of human empathy I have ever seen. The experience I had at aspen dental was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. Do not go here!

Overall, the Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and Dentosts were such lovely caring people about my situation regarding thr condition of my teeth and genuinely wanted to help. They made me feel comforted, safe, and cared for, and I give them kudos for such dedicated kind work they offer. However, with no hatefulness or spite, I am not at all pleased with the Financial assistance that you guys have. I unfortuantely have not been able to obtain Dental Insurance as of yet and was denied financial assistance for a $3,000 treatment for an infected tooth, wisdom extraction, cleaning, and fillings after being asked only how much I make, my age, and if I was paid on Fridays. I don't even make $3k in a month. Nothing was asked about a living situation or if I was even married or had a partner for that matter. I don't even make enough in a month to even pay all that outright, and for all that is known about my living situation, I could be living in a van. With all due respect and again, no hatefulness, this is simply outrageous to expect people to nonchalantly pay thousands of dollars out of pocket, especially with the cost of inflation right now, with out a financial plan. I am more than willing to work with financing to pay this off, but was disregarded to simply "scrap up whatever savings you have" to pay this outright. Because of such financial mistreatment without any concern of possible living situation that nothing was disclosed about and making the final judgment out of just 2 maybe 3 questions, I am mostly not satisfied with my visit and am very displeased tremendously."

I drove about 2 hours to get here because I need my wisdom teeth pulled and they were some of the sweetest most welcoming people ever. I had to wait at least 30 minutes trying to get my insurance but they were patient and helpful the entire time. They helped me set up a payment plan and explained what and why they're doing everything. They all worked well with each other and answered any questions I had. I will be making that drive again.

Everyone at the blue springs office are about the nicest people. I had Dr. Ise Dangelo and she has been the best dentist I believe I've had.

Didn't even get to be seen. I called yesterday to make an appt., was told there were open appts 8 am-11 am, I make my appointment. Did all of the required patient forms online the day prior to my appt. Today, I go, get there 15 minutes early per their guidleines. Wait for about 5 minutes to be able to be checked in because the office girl was on the phone with a patient. Once she was able to call me to the desk, I was informed that all of the patient forms I submitted yesterday didn't save, so I had to refill out forms, waited for 25 minutes past my appt. time, asked if it would be soon, I was then informed that they were short staffed, (would have been nice to be told that when I got there.) Total time spent there 40 minutes, all in the waiting room. I let the front desk girl know that I was leaving, got an "ok." Talk about a great impression for a new client. Will never go there again.

Probably the most comfortable I have ever been at a dentist. The staff is amazing and immediately put you at ease. The prices are more than reasonable and they have several different ways to pay. I highly recommend using this place for all your dental needs.

INTEGRITY FIRST! Even after giving the benefit of the doubt and offering them a second chance I will definitively say this place does NOT actually care about establishing a genuine doctor-patient relationship whatsoever. I couldn't help but notice a serious lack of customer service and customer retention skills. I expected much more professionalism especially being a brand new patient. Being in the military, I've seen all different types of dentists throughout my life. If you enjoy hurry up and wait, get in & get the hell out kind of treatment, this may be the place for you. Although many people don't anymore, I prefer to live by the golden rule of treat others how you want to be treated. When I brought up some of my serious concerns and questions to the dentist in regards to my treatment plan I was treated like I was being a nuisance because I was completely disregarded and my concerns/questions were rudely dismissed. Understaffing and higher demands are happening everywhere. There is no good excuse to treat patients any lesser than you would want to be treated sitting in that chair. Very rarely do I write reviews but this one was a must.

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and nice here. Loved the service and conversation. Had 2 teeth removed, it was so fast and pain free. Definitely recommend and will be going back for the rest of my work.

The dentist that performed my filling was so rough when numbing me that I could hear the needle scraping against the jaw bone and now my joint on that side is so sore I can hardly open my mouth to eat. He seemed very rushed and over tasked with patients. This please need more dentist working to ensure quantity patient care.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. The best customer service and financial consult, the kind and professional hygienist, attentive aids, and a professional doctor that was caring and took his time. They all did what they could to ease my anxiety. Perfect experience.

I had a wonderful experience with this Dental office! My old dentist was not meeting my needs and I made the switch and am so glad I did. They are so friendly, upfront about costs, and thorough. I have never been asked if I wanted an Oral Cancer screening before visiting this office. They want to take care of your immediate dental needs and want to set you up for a healthy future. I am definitely making the switch and taking my husband with me! I saw Dr. Akam, Andrea, Tamekia, and Cynthia during my visit and they were all wonderful!
