This place is bogus as hell. Scehduled an appointment yesterday, for today and specifically asked Rick if Aspen Dental accepts UCare. He informed me they do, I get there today, and the receptionist says they do NOT accept UCare insurance. I took time off work, time out of my day, and gas money for this appointment. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!

1500 dollar porcelain re-crown busted off after 7 months because there was still a cavity under it. the regional manager the warranty only works if I do what the ADA expects and maintain my visits. But this is suppose to be a perfect porcelain crown should last forever. They can hurry up with that warranty information so we can proceed.

My visit to Aspen Dental was, in a word- superb. From the first time I called, I was treated kindly by very helpful and knowledgeable people, and made to feel that my time there was worth it. The process was very smooth and I was even able to get the cleaning done, an addition that was not in the original package! I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Bloomington!

I regularly go to the dentist twice yearly, never having more than 1 filling here or there. After transferring from Aspen Dental St Paul to Bloomington, I've walked away with issue after issue. Back to back crowns, etc. I shrugged it off trusting the dentists were in my best interest until my most recent appointment where the dentist told me he found 9 cavities that all needed immediate action. I cried through most of the appointment because it didn't make sense to me. When going through the billing and making the appointments, I asked if there was another doctor that could look it over and told them it didn't feel right to me. The person in billing/ scheduling agreed to have another doctor review the x rays. I got a call the next day saying the second doctor thought I would be fine with only 3-4 fillings. At this point I set up an external appointment with another dentist for another opinion and I sent them my x rays. The other practice said the x rays were un-useable due to the quality, so we had to take new x rays. The new x rays were so much more clear! From the improved x rays the doctor found only one cavity that needed immediate attention and 1 that we would keep an eye on. Can you imagine if I would have went through with letting them drill into 9 of my teeth?! The diagnosis was so off that I believe it is more than just a differing of opinion, this was negligence. On top of this, Aspen Dental's scheduling system is terrible. They rescheduled on me constantly. I'll never go back.

Be aware: Save Your Money My wife and I went to this Aspen Dental for our treatment. The whole staff including the doctors told us we will be getting one treatment (aligners offered by invisalign) but the day we started treatment it turns out that the treatment was from a different company (suresmile). Once we complained, the staff told us that they don't even offer invisalign. It turns out that the whole scheme was to sell their product by any means. Then we were told that there is a discount of $700 for the treatment when we started...but once the treatment was over they asked for the $700 back saying actually there was no discount to begin with. Now it has been almost a year and a half...I again got a call from them saying that there is some issue with the insurance. Choosing Aspen Dental was our biggest mistake. Please be aware of the unethical practices adopted by them.

Super friendly staff that takes the time to really talk through the processes and answers any questions along the way! They go above and beyond to work with you, which isn't required of them. Overall, it's a great place to be a patient!

Pro: Awesome ! Made me feel very comfortable. Dr and assistants were extremely professional explaining what they were doing next. Con: Surgery started 30-45mins after appointment time

The fist appointment with Aspen was impressive second appointment treated for wrong problem instead of refilling they did cleaning i cancelled two appointment due to sickness The third appointment was confirmed by Aspen in aText msg when I showed up I was told I cannot be seen because I have had many cancellations I called Aspen dental again to rescheduled twice they told me no openings I am still on my temperarily denture from MarApril 2022 waiting for permanent and a refill of my tooth All these were charged to my insurance which I am paying dearly for undone job What do I do to get my denture work completed? I Thanked the Dentist. Who attend to me at first and Laura for organizing payments from my insurance so fast All I need is please complete the Job Or refund back my money

Aspen Dental is by far the best dental office I've ever gone to. I've been to a few different locations over the years and always have the same great experience. I had to have a significant procedure done. They were very transparent with pricing, what my insurance would cover, and laid it all out for me before proceeding with the appointment. I paid a 60% deposit to hold my spot, then paid the remainder the day of the service. The staff at this location are very kind and you can tell they genuinely care about your smile. They're also very good about getting you in in a timely manner. Some of the places I called around my neighborhood had wait lists into December.

They are fraudulent. Over charging for service's. They quote you a price going in and it's tripled on the Way out. They charge you for services that never happened to your insurance company.I'm reporting them to the better Business bureau and attorney General
