Feeling like a spare part in the dentist chair is not very nice infact I just wanted to get out ..after calling me in earlier than my original appointment .. I felt like I was in the wrong and uncomfortable...also the equipment was not working properly yet again ..... not nice ...not welcomed ... staff were walking around like headless chickens ...understaff.. I quess..but that is not my problem as a paying customer..making me feel relaxed and comfortable should be the key I feel ..

When my husband and I decided it was time to replace our old dentures with new ones we looked up some places and decided on Aspen Dental in Bloomingdale as was close to home. From our very first consultation to getting our new dentures was a great experience. Everyone on Dr. Ramirez's team deserves an A+. Dr Ramirez, Grace,Mickey,Nathan,Pat, and Gavin were so kind and answered every question or concern we had. Our dentures fit fantastic. All the staff gave us great service and treated us with kindness and respect. We would recommend this practice to anyone Jim and Linda Ross

Be warned all these people care about is the money. I needed a root canal on a back molar. The tooth was badly infected. They gave me no antibiotic. As they began the procedure, I was in the worse pain I have ever experienced for 15 mins, as the dentist told me to just deal with it. Little to say I'm still having pain in the jaw/Molar. Just went back today and they wanted another $303.00 out of me. I'm done with these guys and will contact an attorney and the Illinois Bbb. Word of advice, find a different dental office.

Nice front desk people. Nice xray kids just when you see the dentist hygienist you feel as if you are in a car dealership. The hygienist pokes your gums with a sharp tool. Then says your gums are bleeding you have gum disease so we need a deep cleaning and the treatment is a electric toothbrush and paste. After that 20 mins the dentist comes her eyes are red she looks tired. She then tells you oh you need wisdom teeth removal, you need a root canal, a crown blah blah blah. After her comes the worse person the office manager. This lady i could barely understand what she was saying her accent was super thick then I figured out the place is not American owned. She then tells you well the total is going to be over $8,000! What in the world??? For a cleaning, wisdom teeth and a root canal? I said im ok thanks then she gets mad and says oh we do payments. No thanks. But she keeps begging listen owner no one charges like this amounts. Wisdom teeth extraction is around $2,000-$2700. Cleaning is around $75. Xray was $19. That was the only good thing. Root canal is over $3000. Please do not come here. Big scam. I hope you go out of business.

I really like this office. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I have three more appointments and I can't wait to get everything fixed. Highly recommend this office.

My first appointment was very long but purposeful as I got a lot accomplished and felt very satisfied and positive after I left. Friendly staff and overall great atmosphere.

This is the worst dentist practice out there. All they want is your money. They talk a big game about being able to work ypu in at anytime, but for a cracked retainer they want me to wait 5 weeks for a new one. By then my teeth will have shifted. Nothing but crooks.

I've been to multiple dental offices and by far this was the best I've been treated 10 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and over the years it destroyed my teeth so major qork is needed. Truthfully a embarrassing amount of work is needed but the staff there really went out of the way to put my mind at ease about the procedure and they went above and beyond to meet my financial needs would recommend aspen dental to anybody they can and will change the way you view dental offices you girls are awesome

Dr. Tolla was very professional. Karen the office Mgr and Ayesha the Assistant office Mgr. were helpful and wonderful as well as their staff. I highly recommend going to this Norridge,IL Location!

Got Invisalign over a year ago with them and was told by the office what the agreed total would be that I would pay towards the treatment. Fast forward over a year later and I've receive a bill in the mail for $1,592 saying that now I need to pay that as well for my treatment when this was never in the initial terms of what I would have to pay. Don't go here unless you want to deal with unexpected bills a year after your treatment.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, however wait times are quite long. I went in for a temporary crown and filling at 9am and left at 1pm.

I found Aspen Dental when I was in extreme need of an emergency dentist for an awful toothache I had for a few days. I called in the morning hoping to be able to get in that day because I could no longer eat due to the pain. The receptionist was very helpful and polite and helped me set up an appointment the same day! Now I have had two visits here and I have met different members of the staff. Everyone that I have met there has been so kind, considerate, and honest. It's a complete 180 from my last dentist! They made me feel welcomed and cared for. After my first visit I was looking forward to coming back to get my tooth extracted. The whole process was comfortable. I was able to take breaks if the pressure was too much and if I felt any pain they would numb me up more. This place has really changed my fear of going to the dentist that I've had since childhood. I finally found a dentist that makes me feel comfortable and secure. Highly recommend! So incredibly thankful I found them!

The staff is beyond nice. My only complaint is they rarely return phone call. Have left 5+ messages believe they only called me back once. Finally spoke to a person asked my question and said call me back with cost never heard from Aspen. Very frustrating

The staff is always pleasant. The issue is that when you make an appointment for 1PM your never seen or worked with until 45mins-1hr later. This is ONLY if you ask what's the hold up. Otherwise its even longer. My most recent visit they brought me in to do a procedure and were ready to do it on the wrong tooth (they had done this tooth before). Frustrating to walk in and wait a long time and they don't even know what work they are doing.

Service was pretty excellent, however I told them I was in extreme pain. They would not give enough pain medicine to fully cover the pain. I had to experience one of the worst nights of pain because they wouldn't give me more meds. Than when trying to leave I asked to numb my mouth, they refused and I spent an hour and a half in excruciating pain. They also said that I hit the limit on my painkillers, which were wearing off quickly. I highly recommend going to a better dentist office
