I have an extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I feel like all that anxiety went away on my visit. Everyone was beyond nice, positive, and encouraging. Their office staff did a great job reviewing the billing. I'm happy to make this our regular dentist.

Doctor Carlson is TERRIBLE. It was my first time going into this office. I had an appointment for 11:00 am on Thursday. I was at McKinley Mall at 11:05 am (since they told me the dental office was there). I spent like 5 minutes looking for the office in the mall and couldn't find it. So, I called the office so that they could tell me exactly where it was. The lady on the phone told me that the office was not in the mall but outside, by Olive Garden. Between the answering machine and talking to the operator, I spent 3 more minutes (so 11:08am) I told her to let the doctor know what happened and that I was on my way walking up there so that he didn't cancel me. She said ok. When I got there, Chelsi (receptionist) told me that Dr Carlson decided to reject my appointment. I asked her why. She said "because I had gone over the grace period" (15 min). I asked her what what time was it at the moment. She goes, "it's 11:17am). And I told her, "but I called and told you what happened". She couldn't care less and said that I needed to reschedule. It was really hard for me to make time for this appointment, and they were terrible insensitive to that. Because of their lack of sensitivity and consideration, I decided that Dr. Carlson is not worth my business. And, since s/he is the only one doctor in that facility, I will take my business to a doctor who is worth it. Dr Carlson, you don't do that to people, OK!

Don't go here for an implant (or anything). The unskilled dentist didn't attach it properly and so I am just screwed. Spent 3 awful weeks with loose implant in my mouth hurting me. Sent 2 letters to owner because I have nothing but ugly hole and cannot chew on one side and PAID $5,000 for this. TOTAL SCAM. They don't care about me because they have their money. BTW they double charged me on financing. Filthy office. They could care less if you are in pain or discomfort. Biggest mistake I have ever made.

Always great people to work with. I showed up 10 days early due to my own stupidity. They were able to get me in anyway to get my cleaning done. Great people, best dentist office I've ever been too.

This dental place is the place to go!!! Very neat and clean!!!! The staff were fantastic!!! I felt very comfortable during all the procedures that were done for me and the staff stayed after hours to make sure that I was comfortable with my teeth!!!!

After dealing with Aspen dental in Olean and not able to get a appointment for 10 days to have a denture repaired I called Aspen dental in Blasdell. I was told to come the very same day I called and just walk in ..They were extremely nice and helpful to get the repair job done with in 1 hour. Now that's service!!!

Very thorough and professional people to work with and they leave nothing out. Straight forward and to the point. I was in and out in just little over an hour. Can't afford it... no worries they have payment options as well as financing available.

Absolutely wonderful they worked out a payment plan for me I need a lot of work done to prevent something serious. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental!!!!!!!

Went in to get a broken tooth extracted. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I couldn't say enough how well everything was done. The biggest stressor for me was the cost and that ended up being very reasonable. I'm definitely going back here for future dental work. Thanks so much to the whole Blasdell Aspen office!

Girlfriend cracked her front tooth on a glass. When seen they attempted to sway her from having me, a 3rd party present. We were told after a Less than 5 minute look by the doctor, (who explained nothing) she would need to have it shaven down and a cap/crown placed on it as soon as possible. (Woah, let's get a second opinion) ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION Got a second opinion the next day at the Smile Center and was told it was a Hairline fracture and Superficial. That Bonding or Sealant would be the Most Extreme option Possibly needed if the tooth didn't naturally strengthen itself over 2 weeks. Thanking God we knew better than to go with the first consult.

I was very nervous going into the appointment because I have been neglecting my teeth for a while now. I have nothing but amazing things to day about my experience. I never felt ashamed or looked down upon. I was able to have the consult with x-rays, meet with the dentist to discuss a treatment plan, they also were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was amazing, she was so kind and made me very comfortable.

Every one administering to my BF was excellent. He just wish there was a better payment system for services. Customer service was excellent.
