Every time I am seen, I am told that if I have any issues to call and they will work with my schedule to get me in when I am available, but when I do that, they NEVER have "anything open." So I have to wait, wait, wait. I call again when I am able to get up there, and once again, they are telling me "there is nothing available." You would think after handing these people almost $10,000 up front, they would be more willing to do things for you. But nope. I guess since they already have the money, they really do not care.

I had a filling appointment scheduled for over a year and one day before the appointment the receptionist called and said I needed to do a cleaning before hand (I had missed a scheduled one due to having COVID). I asked how long it would be for a cleaning and was told at least eight months because they didn't have staff and then I could reschedule the fillings appointment which would be at least 13 months. I made a comment about them needing more staff, wasn't rude or anything, I said that I knew it wasn't their fault and the receptionist got such an attitude and started basically yelling at me because, "if you had shown up for your cleaning appointment in the first place we wouldn't be here!" Sorry I got COVID and calling my dentist wasn't a priority. That receptionist cost any chance of me ever going back there and I told her that.

Very friendly staff. The site manager was extremely helpful when it came to explaining our game plan. The dentists I've seen there are very nice and always concerned with how you are doing. The hygienists are super nice and very informative as well. Zero complaints.

For most of my adult life I have had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. Past experiences. I have been there 3 times now and after my 1st visit, I have had 0 anxiety since then. Everyone there is so kind and made me feel so comfortable, It feels like a life changer for me. I recommend them highly.

Charged me twice for the same service. Then told me I didn't pay for it at all. Had to get bank statements and records to prove I paired!! Then they only reimbursed me back half because I canceled/ couldn't pay for the appointment, when I had already pairs them twice

I've only had exrays, an exam and other tests but everyone was professional and friendly. Very helpful and good at explaining things.

Honestly felt like a sales person . I did deal with 5 other people, they did want me to pay for work now. Offer no help for me with a emergency. I did fall for the cancer screening. Don't really recommend coming here. I went to a densit the street they in fact pulled 5 teeth. When I was coming to Aspen for just 1. So glad I went to a legit dentist office.

Very kind staff. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and understanding. They did a very thorough exam and came up with a treatment plan. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing during my exam. They helped me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Aspen dental to anyone needing dental work!

I was quoted a price for dentures when we had the consultation and then today they tell it twice as much so not happy about that but the staff there has been more than awesome. The only complaint {which I think is very wrong} is the change in price when they knew what is was getting before hand
