I went today with the hopes of getting financed to be able to get dentures. I had already lined up an oral surgeon and done everything I needed to other then the final step of getting the dentures, which I had been unable to due to financial issues. Aspen Dental so completely worked with me helping me to get financed, picking out the dentures that would work with my financing, getting the right shade of white so my dentures would look natural (not chick-lit white) and finally taking the impressions for the dentures. When that was done they set an appointment for me to come back to do the last things and told me to set-up the appointment with my surgeon so they could coordinate my teeth being pulled and putting in the dentures. It was all such a wonderful process, everyone, Dentists, nurses, and receptionists, were amazing! I couldn't be happier!

The worst at scheduling. Several appointments made months in advance have had to be rescheduled, because of mistakes or something That came up in their end. Moved out months, appointment made in June for October, moved to JANUARY. Unless I'd be available 2 hours from the time of the phone call that they tell me they have to reschedule. It's ridiculous.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind. We laughed and talked a lot in between getting probs in mouth. I really had a nice time. It really took a lot of anxiety off . Lin explained everything that needs to be done. The best experience I had at the dentist.

Jess, my x-ray technician was wonderful. Noah the hygienist accepted my request to have a female hygienist for my dental cleaning on August 10th. Dr. Powell explained the results of my x-rays clearly and answered questions very well. One negative, a woman Aspen employee who does x-rays came into the room where my x-rays were being taken to get a piece of equipment for herself to use elsewhere. That woman had her face mask perched below her nose with her nostrils showing. This is not proper COVID protocol in my opinion. Request: Please remind staff about how to wear surgical masks. Please!

Had major tooth ache. As a walk in patient, I had an extended wait. However, once called, x-rays taken, sent to a room and within minutes, my problem was fixed! I had a great team and my end result was incredible. Thank you to all!

Initially a good experience. That was not the true case as time unfolded. I originally thought they presented themselves as a great staff, friendly, great listeners, staff possessed of good sense of professionalism, and knowledgeable. They genuinely care, (or so I thought)something that cannot be faked. Billing or financial consultant fully explained in great detail, all of my options. (later to reveal a kind of Jeckel and Hyde personality)Unfortunately, all the good was a wind up to lower the boom, so to speak as all the seemingly honest behavior was smoke and mirrors as I was going to learn. While initially impressed with Aspen dental, I cannot recommend them. Please read the following below. UPDATE: not as nice s I would like. The hook is the "free" exam, then you are at the. mercy of the billing department and they are very good at "squeezing blood out of a turnip"! I went in for dentures and they fitted me for them and then had an appointment with the denture specialist but it was really a lead in to have me sit with the billing clerk who informed me I needed to get my remaining teeth pulled by their dental surgeon at the cost of $389.00.I said my Insurance was going to cover the cost, but they said the surgeon must have his $389.00 payment so I will have to bear the cost in full ($389.00), before they can or will proceed. Did I feel like a fool. I advise you to get your services done elsewhere, and save your time and money. They are not honest in my opinion. Will not be going back.
