They are very misleading you make appointment to have one thing like a simple cleaning when you arrive they refuse a basic cleaning and say you need all these other type of cleanings. I have been going to my regular dentist for years every 6 months. I should have know something was up when the Dentist does the exam before the cleaning. This company told me my dentist have been giving me a normal cleaning which was incorrect for years. The only reason I went to them is because my insurance changed and my dentist was now out of network and this company was one of the companies in network. And it was time for my cleaning. I will continue to pay the out of network fee. At least I know my dentist can be trusted and not just looking for money.

Y'all are so amazing!! Thank you for taking such care of my son Jordan yesterday. 11/3/22. Y'all made him feel completely at ease. You treated him so kindly and he said y'all were super cool. He had such a good experience. I'm super proud of him for being so brave. Y'all made this Mama's heart happy. I trust y'all completely too take care of him in the near future. You truly are angels on earth!! Thank you for taking care of my son so well when I couldn't be there!! If I could give a million stars I would!!!!

Vicky has been a fantastic dental assistant! She made me feel comfortable throughout my whole experience here and I would recommend this location to anyone needing dental work done! Great team, fast wait times, solid dental work!

My appointment on 11/1/2022 was a bad experience at aspen dental. I had an exam two weeks before and I was told I needed a root canal. I was charged $100.00 for that visit. When I went back for my root canal, they wanted me to pay an initial $75.00 for another exam. They said they had to be sure that I needed a root canal. Why would I need another exam if you had already said that I needed a root canal. And since I wouldn't pay the money before I sat in the chair, they refuse to do the root canal. Why?

So far the staff at the Aspen Dental office in McCalla (Promenade Pkwy) is very down to earth, professional yet so helpful, and super pleasant to be around. They really try to work with you on your treatment options; your scheduled appointments, etc... My only complaint is that I, personally. think the workmanship on the dentures, partials, etc... could be improved just a tad over what the commercials always led you to believe, and the huge price you pay. God, how I miss Dr. Deason!

I went in for an extraction and the husband/ wife team Dr's. Kirkpatrick were amazing. They were warm, friendly, made me feel at ease, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. They are the best dentists I have experienced at Aspen.

Annual visit with my sister is a chance for me to have dental needs addressed before going back over seas. My request to establish a relationship with short availability timeframe was greeted warmly and my initial assessment and annual cleaning was accomplished the day I called to set up an appointment. Expeditious, courteous and informative service. I even chatted with the lead doctor about differential diagnosis that candidly and professionally took gender, age, and race into consideration. I was quite impressed! The positive beginning of a positive working relationship!
