If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone is so friendly and personable. Dr. Spirina is the absolute best!!!! I had to have pretty extensive work done and couldn't be happier with the results and whole process. I highly recommend Berlin Aspen dental

I cannot begin to express how elated I am with the professionalism from this dental practice, my dentist, I've been there four or 5 times and I don't know her name, she phenomenal!!! I wanted to get a photo of her, she's very shy. Nice people but be cautious of charges. I went for a cleaning that was free with insurance 2x per year. They would not do the cleaning unless I paid almost $1,700 for gum recession treatment. Of course I'm discouraged .These types of businesses take advantage of their customers. I walked out!

Would not recommend. I had a similar experience with them not performing a cleaning on my first visit. This is the first time in my life I went to the dentist and did not get a cleaning. They are covered under my insurance and wanted me to provide a credit card before they would schedule my first cleaning. Staff were very pleasant but I don't agree with the business model. At this point after my first visit they benefited from the visit but I experienced no service that made my teeth healthier as I walked out the door.

Everyone was extreamly friendly, and professional, had. Exrays ,exam, and scheduled for a cleaning, x-rays (bite plates) were uncomfortable .Happy with their service

Absolute worst experience ever. Not professional Not Organized Staff was rude They did not hold up to an appointment that was scheduled over 10 months ago. Said they emailed me 48 hours prior to change appointment. No email was received. The office manager blamed me for typing in the wrong email address on my file. News Flash. Her staff types in the info that is written on info sheet in pen. Also confirmed appt 48 hours prior via text. Would NEVER recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Stay away and brush your teeth.

I was apprehensive about going to Aspen Dental because of my "not so good "dealings with other dentist offices,boy was i wrong,this place is great,the personal attention and positive attitudes you get as soon as you enter the office is priceless, i have never "enjoyed"a dentist appointment ,until now.If i could rate the West Ocean City Maryland branch more than 5 stars,they'd be worthy of every one of them.
