Went to Aspen because of a bad toothache, got that and other teeth fix in a short matter of time.The Doctors and staff are very professional and courteous.They greet you with a friendly smile always!

9/14/2022 I have to say the the hygienist,Olesia is one of the best. She is gentle and caring. She takes the time to explain everything she is doing. I am very happy she is my hygienist. I will continue going to her on a regular basis. Thank you Mary Humphries The staff is very pleasant. They take the time to explain everything they are doing. The doctor was thorough. I did not meet the hygienist at this initial visit. I am an anxious person and I have to say I felt comfortable at this location. The receptionist was very welcoming as was Ana , the person who checked me out. The office manager was also very kind and tried to explain the billing policy to me. That was my only drawback. I shopped around dental practices that I was given with my AARP Delta Dental HMO insurance plan. The prices quoted at this particular practice are a little higher than I was originally told by the insurance plan. But once they put in my insurance it so far seems to balance out. I have an extensive medical history that is very serious. The dentist was great snd will contact my doctor for pre procedure antibiotics and address my blood thinners. I schedule another appointment with them to begin the next phase. Hopefully all will go well. Overall , I was pleased choosing Aspen Dentsl in Bensalem.

I have had two visits at the Bensalem office and they were at the top of my experiences at a dental office. Everyone was very courteous and caring. Dr. Mangil reviewed my xrays answered all my questions and set up a plan to take care of the dental work I required. I felt like he sincefrely cared that I receive the the best dental work. This week I received all the tooth fillings needed and received measurements for a new partial denture. This work was performed by Dr. Rachel and dental assistant Ayara (not sure of spelling). They did great work and were very gentle and caring. I highly recommend this office for receiving quality dental work.

I haven't had a cleaning in about a decade, but I finally decided to bite the bullet and see a dentist. Aspen Bensalem was able to schedule me within days, as opposed to a few others I called who were booked for weeks. Check in with Renee was quick, and she was able to help me determine whether I had a valid insurance. Jack took my X-rays and he was extremely kind and upbeat. His energy completely erased my anxiety. Dr Mangal checked my X-rays and helped come up with a game plan. And Katie took my teeth measurements and was able to do a cleaning the same day. She was able to explain the state of my teeth and what each procedure was going to be like. Little things like offering me breaks and giving me a heads up when something would taste bad are the things that will keep me coming back here

From calling to schedule an appointment to the services provided in the office, everyone was very PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, and HELPFUL. They make feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire visit. THANK YOU to Alyssa, Ana, Sara, Winnie (Lead), Jake, Ayana and Alfred. It was an all around great experience at the Bensalem location.

First time and Great customer service!!!The staff is great specially ANA!!She is the best,hands down!First person i saw and made me feel with less nerves,so friendly!!!She is very attentive and explains everything so well!She deserves all my credits from minute i walked in until i left.!Everyone is great!The Billing dept.director(sorry forgot her name)went beyond to help with dealing with my insurance along with Ana.Doctor assistant's tall guy light skin(Jack i think)was awesome!!He explain all my concerns with the outmost patience!! The doctor was also very informative and gave so many explanations of ALL my concerns!!The hygienist, i think Alyssa is great too,very concerned if i had any pain,attentive at all times.Barely you go to dentist office and staff makes you feel so at ease.I will come here years to come!

Had a great first experience the other day with Aspen. The staff and doctors are all very friendly and courteous of your time and explain everything as your going along with the process. The office in Bensalem, where I went is only a couple years old, so everything is new and clean. Doctors were very understanding that you might not want to get the procedures done there. I loved the Hygienist that I saw, she was so patient and concerned with me, when I was getting the x-rays done (I have lock jaw and had to stop a few times). Overall, I would recommend them.

We can not say enough about Olesia the hygienist she is wonderful and she is very thorough.we have never in all our years had such a professional cleaning.She is a pleasure to talk to and is so concerned about our well being. Please let her know how much we appreciate her. Plus the staff is wonderful also Renee is a very pleasant manager very caring.we love it there !

I visited this office a couple months ago for an issue I needed to take care of asap. I called and they took me in immediately(I needed a filling). I want to say thank you to the amazing staff at Aspen. Dental assistant Jack is amazing and knowledgeable and Dr. Mangal is very informative and helpful. Thanks Aspen Bensalem !
