My crown fell out. Aspen Dental to the rescue! They did a great job reshaping it and recementing back in place. Whew. What a relief. I recommend them.

Although I have had some hiccups in the past with Aspen Dental (with schedules, not the dental work), the more I have come, the better each experience has been. My most recent experience was wonderful, particularly thanks to Ashley, the hygenist. She was so kind, bubbly, and filled with joy, it made my morning. She also was very informative and knowledgable, sharing her knowledge in a kind and easy going manner. Thank you Ashley and the ladies at the front desk!

Aspen Dental was amazing, they got me the best possible deal for my dentures, as well as prompt satisfying service so I could have new dentures the next day. Aspen literally saved my face. Thank you sincerely Billy.

I would leave a review about their dental service if I could have ever gotten an appointment. The unprofessionalism and disorganization became a joke between my girlfriend and I, both of whom were attempting to be seen by Aspen Dental. I first scheduled my appointment online for 3 weeks out and was prompted that Aspen would reach out to confirm the time. No one called. So a week later I called the office and could not reach anyone. Tried again the next day. Then again the next day, and was finally told they did not have me anywhere in the books, so I scheduled an appointment another 3 weeks later (now 4 weeks from initial request). Within 3 days of that appointment, after I had already made accommodations with my work for leave, I was texted that the appointment was cancelled (no reason given) and that I need to call to reschedule. So I called and no one was there...again...and again...and again. Mind you, it is hard to leave the desk to reach out during normal working hours. Finally I get someone and I am scheduled ANOTHER 4 weeks out (8 weeks by this point). Finally my appointment is coming up, I had made accommodations with work again, and within 24 hours of the appointment I am texted AGAIN (not even a phone call as a courtesy) that the appointment was cancelled...for no given reason. Queue the headache reaching Aspen yet again to find out that the dentist had left for 2 weeks and they are booking out ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS (12 weeks at this point). I voiced my frustration and was treated rudely by the front office, then promptly hung up on. Very few excuses can be given for the lack of courtesy, lack of consideration of others' time, and general impoliteness. It becomes particularly frustrating when Aspen has a "Commitment Letter" that you sign stating you will not cancel without giving 24 hours notice...then you are cancelled upon within 24 hours of your appointment. Needless to say, I found dental care elsewhere and it has been easy and painless since.

This company approached me while I was employed. Made me take 2 interviews and told me they would respond within 48 hours. They texted my business phone and got me fired. I emailed both employees, Kimberly Hebrock and Joshua Tracy, over a week later for a final answer. Neither of them did me the professional courtesy of even responding to my emails or my interview. Be aware of the kind of company that you are dealing with! Customers beware! Potential employees: be extra aware!!

Terrible experience! Called in because of some tooth pain. Was told on the phone that a cleaning, x-rays, check up would be scheduled for my first appointment. NOT TRUE. They did take x-rays which was extremely uncomfortable! Moved over to another Pano x-ray machine which "wasn't working right that day" took forever. Finally got into the dentist chair. Hygienist poked around and got the dentist. After 30 seconds of reviewing my x-rays I was being told that my Whole top row of teeth needed to be pulled and I had better start setting thousands of dollars aside! No real explanation or other options! So then sent to the front. Without a cleaning or any dental work done. Quoted me $3500 for 2 cleanings! Started to look over this enormous bill and I see a $132.00 toothbrush. I was only asked what kind of toothbrush I use. That's it! No recommendation or further talk about a toothbrush! Simply just put on the bill the toothbrush I ALREADY OWN! LOOK OUT PEOPLE THIS PLACE IS SO SKETCH! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! AND THE PLACE WAS DIRTY! COME ON!

Aspen Dental is a brand new facility, beautiful and clean with friendly well trained staff. I was greeted promptly and after the X-rays and exam a well prepared treatment plan was presented along with costs. I am confident there is not a better dental facility in Bend.

Everyone was very helpful, receptive and respectful. I will be back next week to have my teeth cleaned. I am looking forward to coming back.

I had a comically bad experience with Aspen Dental. I was a new patient and had called to schedule my first appointment and the woman (I think in a corporate office somewhere) said they had walk-ins available to get me in sooner. That was great, so I showed up a couple times when I was around the area and the office was completely closed during their working hours with no sign. I finally stopped by and was surprised to see the office was open. I walked in and talked to reception who told me they wouldn't have a dentist associated with this location for another 3 weeks. Okay... I then decided to just make an appointment for 3 weeks later but then a few days from my appointment time I was called by the office to reschedule without any reason. Just that the original time didn't work and the earliest I could reschedule was 4 weeks out. I then rescheduled my appointment for a month out, only to find out a day before my new appointment time (7am) that the office wasn't even open that early. They had scheduled me for an appointment time that didn't exist? I then had to reach out to them and point out this error. They told me I could reschedule another time but that wouldn't be for an additional 5 weeks. I politely declined and the lack of attempt to convince me otherwise was very telling. I think they understood. Not sure exactly sure what's going on there but I don't think I'll continue trying to make an appointment.

I was left on hold for over 20 minutes to simply reschedule an appointment. I wasn't even asked what the call was about, just immediately asked if I could be put on hold.

Don't go here. Here are a list of issues: 1) I just went to an appointment that the office had already rescheduled three times and the office was closed with no information up. I was not contacted. 2) they rescheduled multiple appoints without contacting me. Just told me when I showed up that there wasn't any way to see me that day and offered no apology for the lack of communication. 3) made repeated mistakes on billing and with my insurance.

If you could give negative stars. Cancelled my appointment 3 times. Only had 1 courtesy call. Seems to me they could care less if you need help. Would not recommend to the person I hate the most in this world.

This was a really scary dental experience. I've already called about this and left reviews through Aspen with no response, so here we go. I got there and waited over 10 minutes for anyone to greet me. After the front desk receptionist told me about the dentist at this very place almost messing up a dental procedure - which she said she only caught because she works in the dental industry - I was taken to the back 40 minutes after my appointment time. I went in for a broken tooth, and the dentist shoved a metal tool directly into an obviously broken tooth. I jumped and said "Ow" and he said "It hurts?" And did the exact same thing again! He told me I'd have to come back to get it fixed. (In contrast, my new dentist fixed it immediately.) They took me to the front and told me to wait. After 15 minutes, an employee asked why I was there, and I said they had asked me to wait. She laughed at me and walked away. I finally just walked out. After over a month, they are still refusing to send over my x-rays despite a medical release form waiver that I have signed, multiple phone calls, and voicemails and requests for them to be released from my new dentist, which is delaying my care further. Honestly I would say never go here.

Honestly this review is not based on their actual service more on the lack of organization and customer service. 1) They said they would call to schedule a follow up appointment since their system was down, they didn't. I had to call them to make a follow up 2) Got new appointment the day of they called and told me the dentist is out and I have to reschedule. 3) New scheduled appointment was at 7am, no one was here. Turns out the dentist is out of state for training. When i spoke to the receptionist they said they has no notice of when their dentist will be out or in. So, if you make an appointment don't expect them to actually be there and be ready for another reschedule.

Scheduled a cleaning Appt. 2 months out only to have the office call me the day before and tell me they don't perform Cleanings on Friday anymore. My new appointment is another month out. Very disappointing as I had already made arrangements to take off work for this appt. 5/31 - Additional Info below The same thing just happened again with my new appt. Apparently they have one dental hygienist who can just decide not to work whenever they want. New Appt date = 8/16.

The staff is so friendly and kind! I told them how nervous I was with needles and the hygenist held my hand the entire time. She explained the procedure and showed me the tools ahead of time to ensure I was comfortable. I appreciate the care that was taken and the quick scheduling to get me in!
