DEVIOUS BILLING STRATEGIES. Service was good. However they practice shady billing techniques. My insurance copay is 10% however through shady billing statement, and forcing pre-payment ("you'll get your refund if you over pay" - this never happens) I over paid and contacting them will get you no-where with their billing department.

Wish there was no stars never even were able to have an appt. Made an appt for 0800 on Saturday for my 7 yr old who has tooth pain was told by rude front desk person that it was 0745 and it was too late to be seen. She didn't come to check us in until 0810. Our appt said 0800 and we got there 0801. I'm beyond upset. I said I'll go elsewhere I see how you treat your clients and I wasn't even seen - I was new. Horrible place!

Called and set an appointment for a cleaning and then they told me because I'm a new patient I have to come in and fill out paperwork and get a workout plan done before they leave and give me a cleaning. Showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early as requested and the sign on the door said they were out to lunch until 1 PM. As soon as someone took the sign down I went inside and then they told me that because I wasn't 15 minutes early they were going to cancel the appointment. This is the most ridiculous dentist office I've ever worked with in my life. Would give zero stars if it would let me.

Received a pair of dental a year ago. Yeah when I went back to tell him that the metal that they put on it. After I told them that I was allergic to metals in the 1st place. I was told that they would make me a denture without the metal in it. Never heard from them again.

Quick and easy appointment setup. Super friendly staff that are there to help. Offered multiple options to help ease through future plans. Really did their best to make it all one good, smooth process. Honestly, a great place. Highly recommend.

First visit was 5Very friendly staff that always welcome you with a smile. Parking is easy and the restroom is clean. They give a very thorough examination and are very precise with their appointments. The doctors are excellent and would recommend Dr Pham. Feel very safe when in their care and they accept insurance. On second visit : they had a cancellation in the morning, booked me then called hours later to cancel because the Dr. wanted to and gave no reason.

Ridiculously expensive. Wanted 1100 for a cleaning. My dentist will do for 115. Went for free exam because was more convenient location but will drive 5 hours to my dentist. They wanted 7000 for 3 cavities.

Trying to reschedule by phone is a joke. Tried for a hour straight to reschedule! No one answered the phone.

Great people! Great free exam. When I got to the final part. The total repairs, 1 root canel, 3 caps, and two small cavities. Plus I had to drive 100 miles one way for the root canel..the total came to Over 8000 dollars! That's pretty much my whole saving! I had them yank to bad one for 293.00! Who can afford a dentist anymore?

Pathetic, I haven't been able to eat any solid food since my first appt 62 days ago. Constant pain from infection that the dentist wouldn't even prescribe amoxacilin for. She denied there was infection present. I had to go to my physician to cure it.

Absolutely great service first time there had a painful tooth and after initial exam they let me wait and fit me in inbetween patients you can tell they care when they are working on you very satisfying experience would recommend to anyone who has had bad dentist experiences
