ERIKA AT Aspen dental AND HER team is amazing the staff is the most amazing group of people I have seen in a business nothing but smiles and laughter they have bent over backwards to make sure every single time I gotta go in there they make sure I leave with a smile the main doctor they have in there one of the best i have seen i would recommend them to anyone that needs dental care you guys rock and my apinion the best there is and thank you all for your hard work on being the best I trust you all and thankyou for making me smile again and most of all thank you for making me feel like family

I broke a tooth awhile back in May of 2022 and in October 2022 it got infected and hurt so bad I contemplated ripping out the tooth. A friend of mine jumped online and found an open appt at Aspen Dental (Belton, MO). After visiting and getting X-rays and deciding to take meds and drive to California. This was Friday. Saturday morning I was in so much pain again and went to pharmacy to get pain meds. They worked but made me groggy. Tuesday I went back to Aspen Dental and they took me at last minute kill the pain and got me on my way without any pain. Best dental office ever!!! The doctor was awesome and everyone else were very accommodating to say the least. I recommend this place 100%

When all hope seemed lost Erika was able to help me get financing to have my teeth taken care of. The whole staff was so nice and friendly.

Erika is absolutely amazing, along with the whole team here at Aspen Dental!!! They have helped me so much, they are so kind and have the best customer service!!! Very nice building, very professional!!! 100% recommended!!! Now I can finally have my beautiful smile back!!!! I can't thank you guys enough!!!!

Everyone is super nice and welcoming. I loved that the staff joked around with each other and me. It made me feel comfortable and not so stressed about going to the dentist.

I had a very positive experience with aspen dental today!! Jaycie was wonderful . She was fast and efficient, taking excellent care of me. I would highly recommend Aspen dental to friends and family!!

Don't come here if you've got something concerning you or you're pressed for time. The first time we scheduled, we got there 10 minutes early to be told that they were backed up so we were forced to reschedule. The receptionist lied and said they tried calling and leaving a voicemail and we SHOWED the call log to prove that wasn't true, but they insisted. Due to work and traffic, we knew we were going to be late to the second attempt so we rescheduled for today. Getting there today, the receptionists continuously lied to my wife and I about attempting to call us for verbal confirmation, even after being shown that we had no voicemails or calls from them. They also lied and said we've tried scheduling 5 times for them and haven't showed up, when we only haven't shown to 1 that we preemptively rescheduled. They told us they couldn't see my wife as a patient while she was in there pleading to try and get in and as her teeth brought her immense pain. I'm not sure how their service is once you actually get in, but just based on my bad experience with this, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

First time at Aspen and everyone was delightful! Mikayla and Jaycie couldn't have been more polite and knowledgeable..was informed about my teeth and cause thereof that no other dentist office ever told me...impressive! Thank you Dr "T" and staff ..so glad I opted for you!

Aspen dental was fantastic! The staff were nice and the dentist was great. I had a dental emergency and they made sure I didn't leave without feeling better. I highly recommend Aspen dental.

Dentists and office staff change constantly. The only person I actually recognize is Jayce, who is amazing. DDS Adam Hallam was way too rough and needs to work on his patient etiquette. His lab coat was in my face and doesn't warn you before doing ANYTHING! I felt uncomfortable and lost confidence QUICKLY in this dentist.

Becareful - They quoted Oral-B power brush for $139.00. Thing about other price and take second opinion at other place.

I went in for an impacted wisdom tooth, they did an x-ray and found that I have a huge cyst over my wisdom tooth and on my jawbone. The dentist didn't even look inside my mouth at all, he just came in and seen the x-ray and said he can't do anything about that and that I need to be referred to an oral surgeon. He said no antibiotics would help so he didn't prescribe me anything! Over the next 4 days, the side of my face continued swelling and i could no longer open my mouth so I come to the hospital and find out that I have sepsis in my blood stream.... Had the dentist prescribed me an antibiotic and advised me better, all of this could of been preventable but now I'm needing emergency surgery from the hospital because of a negligent dentist!!

Canceled last minute even though I scheduled three weeks ago and refused to schedule me for another Saturday because they just decided never to do anymore Saturdays. Don't waste your time going here. Thanks for wasting my time. Not. (for context, they just canceled July 5th and my appointment was July 9th)
