Don't ever go to this place! My teeth are in fairly good shape for my age. I get them cleaned twice a year. However, this past June, my dentist retired. While seeking another, saw an ad on TV for Aspen: "Come see us, only $66 for a cleaning." So I went. Two women practically threw me into a chair, then a dentist and her aid hovered over me, giving me a complete exam. I kept insisting I only wanted my teeth cleaned. When they were done, I was told they would put a "Plan" in place for me, approximate cost $3,000. I walked out. They will Rob You!

Had a very extra pleasant experience at Aspen dental until after examination when I have to talk to the office manager. She never wanted to work with my insurance company. So why I have dental insurance.? Just placed me on a payment plan. Afterwards I called then wrote an email to the representatives. They did nothing to help me. In my words, Aspen dental is a big rip off the paint there to give your teeth I need to take your money.

Waited 3 months for an appointment. Drove an hour to get there and When I arrived They made me reschedule and wait another 3 months because I was 10 mins late.

The staff is really nice and attentive. I had tooth pain one night and the next day was scheduled for an appointment. It was fast & easy. Just did it online! Love innovated establishments! They even explained my X-rays to me so that I understood. Also had a tv with volume so when I had to get work done the tv kept me distracted. Innovated, friendly, patient, 0 wait time. Definitely recommend.

Office was clean and staff was very welcoming and professional. There was minimal wait time in the office and I was able to schedule a cleaning for 2 weeks out.

The kindest, most helpful group I've ever been too. I called in late afternoon, was seen next day. Was given a great plan of action and a workable payment plan. I'm very thankful and grateful to them.

All procedures were clearly explained before beginning and the woman that does the scheduling of new appointments was very kind and understanding. One thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much privacy as far as other patients being able to see and hear you during exams and consultation. They also scan your teeth and then it is displayed on several screens next to you so if you don't have perfect teeth, your flaws are there for anyone to see. Other than that, it was very thorough and efficient. Something else that bothered me was that I asked to keep the molar they were extracting and was told that it was not legal to allow me to keep my own tooth. That is not true. There are no laws to prevent me from keeping it even if it is frowned upon. According to the CDC, extracted teeth may be returned to the patient upon request and are not subject to OSHA blood borne standards.

I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone who asks. I originally purchased a partial at another dental place and was not happy but when I went to Aspen Dental, my self-esteem was very low at the time due to the appearance of my teeth. I was taken care of so well that I brag about Aspen Dental all the time. When my dentures cracked, it was within the warranty and they were able to fit me into their very busy schedule and took great care of me. And the other day, eating breakfast (a soft muffin, lol) one of the teeth came out of my dentures and I called Aspen as soon as they opened and a different location than my original purchase and the girl who answered the phone was great as she helped get me an appointment during one of their busiest days and when I showed up they took care of the plate and it's like it was brand new again. I AM ALWAYS SMILING WHEN I LEAVE ASPEN DENTAL!!!! GREAT PEOPLE WORK THERE!!!!

I loved the oral surgeon, Dr. Monti. He was honest and gave his professional opinion from years of experience. I have a lot of issues going on and he told me his realistic opinion which I agreed with. He also pulled a tooth which he did so fast I couldn't believe it. And no pain. I highly recommend you see him if you have issues.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:45 the door was locked at 7:40 and hours on door are posted for 8 am so I went to my car to wait. I came back to the door at 8 and they told me I can't be seen for full exam and have to pay $111 because my appointment was at 7:30 which I showed them email and when I checked in it said 7:45. They told me they can check my one tooth for free and if I decide to establish as a patient I'd have to pay the full $200+ for exam. I called a week ago for an emergency appointment because my tooth was broke. Now they tell me that the closest oral surgeon they know passed and told me about the Pittsburgh hospitals and he can't pull my tooth out. The front desk ladies were not the nicest or understanding or welcoming, except one which waved me in to tell me to pull hard on the door to open it which was a little stuck. Won't be back. Good luck
