They had to clean my teeth at another office. Later that day, I went to the office I usually go to to have the dentist exam my teeth. I needed a filling, which they took care of right then and there. I give them credit for that. I hope I never have to drive to another office again for anything dental.

I went here for scaling and root planing in July. I was happy to hear the procedure would be done in one visit. I really liked the hygienist. She was so sweet, very gentle, excellent with the anesthesia, and was a great communicator. However, I would not recommend Aspen for periodontal treatment. I went to an actual periodontist today and after an extensive exam, he found that the cleaning I got in July was incomplete and he said it should not have been done in just one visit. So now I have to do it again, probably with laser treatment. I'm sure Aspen did what they could to the best of their ability, but if you have gum disease, I suggest you see a periodontist instead.

Dr. Mohan and staff are awesome! They provide you with first class service! It was refreshing to valued as a person regardless of how embarrassed I was of my dental neglect from the last few years.

Such group of incompetent people. They toke XRay of my pregnant wife - she was almost 6 months - clearly visible and reported in the paper work Edit, after response: Feeling sorry doesn't reduce the unnecessary exposure to radiation that my wife had. She had no trauma, so no reason for X Ray exposure. Still in time, I'm still waiting your arrogant dentist to send me the scientific paper were it says how much safe is radiation for pregnant woman without a trauma. She told me that will send to me - I'm waiting. THIS COMPANY HAD IRRESPONSIBLE USE OF RADIATION (X RAY) AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM.

OK so the service aspect of it is OK.... but they always seem to have a hard time keeping people so they can never figure out my insurance or things i need and they can't do.... but i definitely wouldn't recommend em to anybody.

this place is awesome. They have options for every need and are friendly amd honest.. don't hesitate to go here if you are looking for a new dentist or even want to switch. Edit: another tooth pulled 9/7/2022 . Had a wisdom tooth giving me a hard time. 14 min later I was out amd on my way home to recoup. Amazing people and place!

Had 2 teeth filled both of them unable to be used for chilling for 3 weeks now I have been in pain and been back to the office and they assure me everything is right however I can't chew on either side and my gum is completely sore all the way up to my eye socket. They never mentioned that their oral surgeon is not covered by United Concordia at a Concordia so the "that gave me basically are not in network even though Aspen dental Bedford isn't network complete disaster for me. I have 4 replacement points the lasting ideas and infection in my teeth. Have to start all over with another doctor and now they're delaying the X-ray saying they have to go through corporate. Really a mess I need the x-rays going to the other dentist

Great staff- was a little nervous as this was my first visit.. great warm welcome, x-ray tech/assistant GiGi was phenomenal getting me through all the x-rays- she put me completely at ease! Exam with dentist was thorough, & professional, & is getting me in within a week for a filling, A++ for this practice!!!

My dad sees Dr. Mohan and is DA is GG. He has been 100% satisfied with his time. He is always impressed with the care he receives. He isn't done yet but he is happy with his choice of coming to Aspen Dental Bedford Nh.

Extremely disappointed. They have rescheduled my appointments for months now. Everytime my appointment comes up they have an excuse to reschedule, they don't even call they send an email which I just happened to see on my way out the door to the appointment. I arrange my entire schedule around these appointments just to have them canceled last minute. My children are now months behind on their cleanings because of this. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. PS Aspen Dental if you see this... I'm still waiting for my call back to reschedule the appointment you canceled last minute.....

This was my second visit here (first with my daughter) and the second visit was as wonderful as the first. The entire staff is amazing. I was very nervous about my visit today and left feeling so at ease. Kudos to this group! It truly makes all the difference.

I got my new denture today but I feel it's too big. I will have to go back for an adjustment. It's very difficult to chew. But other than that the staff is very nice.

I enjoyed my visit at the dentist at Aspen Dental in I get great treatment they're very friendly they tell you how it is they don't talk to you like you don't know what they talking about they talked an hour terms and I like that in there I'm very helpful you know checking out I just had a good experience for Aspen Dental and I would recommend it to anybody
