There is a problem of waiting! Your appt may be for say 11am but you may end up waiting till 11:30 or even 11:45 before you are taken back to be seen. I am seeing them for dentures. Never have I had to wait longer than 2 weeks for my dentures but I was told today it will be at least 6 weeks before I get my finished product. In the meantime, I am to have something like 4 appointments before they are even ready to make my permanent dentures? They better last the rest of my life!! Other than that, it is a great place!

I called today to get my 6 and 7 year old a cleaning. Surprisingly, I was told I could I could bring them both in today. We waited past the 1st appointment time. On fine, they're behind. They did x-rays on both kids then the dentist came in very briefly, maybe 2 whole minutes for each child. Then? NOTHING! No cleaning, no nothing! They put us in another waiting room telling us to wait and they'd be right me to schedule those cleanings and my 7 year old needed a sealant fixed and he had the start of a cavity. 40 MINUTES AND STILL THERE WE SAT! I finally walked out after TWO AND A HALF HOURS WITHOUT THE CLEANINGS I SCHEDULED THEM FOR! The "office manager" had the nerve to tell us we were lucky we weren't there for 4 hours. WHAT?!?! I've lived all over the country and NEVER been to a dentist for a cleaning longer than 45 minutes. Today, we were there for 2 1/2 hrs for cleanings they didnt even get. Aspen Dental needs to change how they operate. We will NEVER go back. Oh!! The dentist wanted to give my 7 year old hydroxyzine before his next appointment. Um...absolutely not! He's been going to the dentist for years and has NEVER been asked to take anything. Every other dentist uses gas on children. Aspen Dental does not. The whole experience was so poor that no one in my family will ever go there. Very poorly ran dental practice.

The dentist just looked at the X-rays. Didn't do any kind of exam and said we need to pull your teeth. No other options were given, no options for after the teeth were pulled. She was rude and insulting. I'll get a second opinion.

Got appointment fast, ALL employees were so kind, friendly, professional. They never once made me feel embarrassed about my situation, worked with me to make payments so I can get the work I so desperately need to get.

Dr. Stephanie was amazing! I was there for her to get root tips out and I was very nervous about it! She was the bomb! The staff was great to me, and worked so well to get me in and fix the problem!!! Thank you Aspen Dental for such great work!

This place deserves no stars! The reviews on here are very accurate. It has taken almost 5 months to get my partial and denture. They lost my partial. Rescheduled several of my appointments. I'm having my insurances agency investigate them. I suspect false claims. Most of the staff were very friendly but I suspect that there is very serious scamming going on. I'm most definitely reporting this location to Better Business B.... People I know personally have been scammed at this very location. Please I warn you take your money elsewhere and check reviews!!!!

I was very impressed with the Aspen office in Beckley in the beginning, but after having the worst crown experience I've ever had, I decided to go elsewhere for my dental care.

Very polite yet professional, right on the money for appointment's, the pricing is very pricey and dental procedures written whereas your insurance does Not pay plus they will Not work with you on any form of payments and will Not let you get your second soft liners nor permanent false teeth unless you pay everything up front .
