Best experience ever!!! Blake was so nervous and the Aspen team was amazing!!! The Dr. was also amazing!! So professional!! Blake needed 4 teeth pulled and some temporary implants and he made sure Blake was comfortable before starting the procedure. We highly recommend this team!!

I was so happy with the first visit..! then ....! my 2nd visit I got a price to get my tooth fix and my surprise was that that girl lie to me now I have to pay over $3,000 dlls to get it done...! first she told me $1400

Terrible communication! I called a day before to see if I could get an emergency appointment. They confirmed my insurance over the phone and said that they accept my insurance. I went into the office and the staff told me a whole different story they told me that they don't accept my insurance and that I will need to go somewhere else. I called their main line again and they confirmed my insurance again that they do take my insurance they transferred me to the office and once I was transfered the lady in the office hung up on me

This office practices the bait-and-switch. Told me ahead of the visit it was going to be $5 for my X-rays. At the end, $230. Why? "Because we had to take the x-rays". I actually brought my x-rays with me from a previous dentist I'd seen. The x-rays were current (366 days old). I'd submitted these x-rays for Aspen, twice. When I got there, the tech was completely confused and lost when I said I already sent in my X-rays. This is also the only dental office I've ever been to that requires 4 separate appointments for a basic teeth cleaning-- one to tell me they won't see me without x-rays (even though I already submitted them), one to take more x-rays because now my x-rays are out of date since they dragged their heels, one to actually maybe do a cleaning, and then a separate appointment just to do the teeth polishing. I pushed back on this and magically they were able to compact it to three separate visits, but ****. Come on. I think they're just trying to collect as much from the insurance and clients as they can possibly squeeze out. The hygienist was good -\_(tsu)_/-

This place has the best staff in the Portland area they were very professional from the beginning to the end .front desk and everybody was nice .dentist was clear honest they answered all our questions I highly recommend this place Hi-5 Guys keep up the good work .good vibes in this place ...!

This facility is terrible. There phone recording states that you can get your dentures in days. My mother has been in severe pain for weeks while they just make appointment after appointment. It's clear they are not taking care of their patients in a respectful or reasonable fashion. I'll will be filing complaints anywhere I can. You allow your patient to be in pain for weeks without making a real effort to take care of her. You should be ashamed.

I went to this office 2 years ago to get dentures and I have never been so upset in my whole life. My top denture had dip marks and holes in it and they refused to fix it. Since then 3 of my teeth have fallen out of the denture and it cost me 90 dollars per tooth to get reglued in. When I got my lower ones and it didn't fit my mouth so dentist said let's do a cleaning and cut my gums to fit the bottom ones in still doesn't fit correctly. The dentist here refused to fix my lower plate and did whatever he could to make me keep them when from the beginning I complained about the fit and how much they hurt me. I would not recommend going to this office.

I had never been here before and I called in with tooth pain and they were able to get me in same day. They did X-rays and found out I needed a root canal They were able to get me in the next day and prescribed antibiotics and pain meds to get me though the night. Very efficient, transparent with pricing and explained everything that was happening. Highly recommend!

I dont have insurance due to recent job separation. Having pain in a tooth for over a week my partner dragged me to a dentist kicking and screaming as it was going to cost to much and my pain would ebb...eventually? Walked in, they had availability and saw me immediately. The entire staff was so kind. Literally best experience with dental facility in my entire life. Jasmine is forkin amazing and Dr. Wen was awesome too! They got me on a plan to fix my mouth. I will recommend this location to everyone who needs help especially if they have dental anxiety. This place was perfect!

We've already given a review for the bad service we had at Hillsboro Aspen and now we thought we would get better service at the Beaverton one but the first issue was when he had his surgery we had told them to send his prescriptions to a particular pharmacy and they sent them to the wrong pharmacy and that was a big mess! The second issue is he woke up in the middle of the night last night bleeding and oozing and couldn't get it to stop he called the emergency number early this morning and I also called and it took over two hours for anyone to get back to us we had to call another emergency dentist And they were very comforting and told us what to do, thank God! We are not happy with the service we received at both Aspen offices. The surgeon was great and the staff at the Beaverton office was very friendly but not very efficient! Mitch from their customer care department responded to my first review of the Hillsboro office and gave me a number to call but I could never get through! I gave up!

Why isn't this place 5 starts? Every single dentist dentist i called wanted min 500 to get looked at. I had a swollen face bad infection and needed my tooth pulled out immediately, these guys did the job in less than an hr and were helpful with payments and not only that but this is an actual affordable dentist, belive me I'll be coming back for more work. All these other negative comments are probably from Karen's who hate life.
