If I could rate 0 I would. Wasted all of my time. Firstly, they said they accept caresource, and when I showed up found out that it is NOT true, so I wouldn't have been able to get work done anyways. But I couldn't even get that far, because they DONT warn you that for your first appointment you have to confirm it..... verbally. Not the text we confirmed it with, not the email we confirmed it with, but verbally. All around, terrible experience, and I would avoid if you can

UNBELIEVABLE....I DRIVE 40 MINUTES TO FIND THAT THEY CANT HONOR MY APPOINTMENT OR FIX MY DENTURE...NOT HAPPY

Called in this morning at 630 to call in line to get an appointment and the lady told me on the phone that my first visit would be free X-rays and look at . Then I get there an they charge me 281 for it.

It was a very good visit everyone was very professional kind and courteous and I intend to continue on with my journey with the aspen dental and I would like to thank everyone for being patient and kind with me I would give them five stars

Found out Dr Clemente left the practice when I went in for my cleaning. It was weird, after cleaning I was told no dentist was working that day. Came back in for next appointment and met who I assumed was the new owner, not friendly but not rude. Decided to leave practice and had my first appointment and found out a filling that Aspen did was bad. Glad my wife and I left the practice!

I was admitted to my scheduled appointment 45 minutes late. Once I was attended to I found the staff quite friendly.

Mismanaged, poorly trained, and terrible at scheduling. Do NOT get Invisalign through the Aspen Dental chain, and avoid their Beavercreek practice, in particular. They broke my crown, strung me along repeatedly, removed all my attachments when they were actually supposed to add some, and are now giving me the runaround as I try to schedule an appointment to close out my account and get my attachments removed (they want to do it over two appointments). DO NOT trust anything beyond basic dental care to Aspen Dental. The kindest words I can use for their Orthodontic support is "incompetent."

We called the day before, said they were taking walk ins. Get there the following morning for them to tell us we wasted our time and we wouldn't be seen... because people called off. Imagine the emergency room turning you away because it's short staffed....

It's filthy, employees are rude and lazy. I had emergency appt scheduled for a filling that fell out. They told me I would need to reschedule to have my filling done after they took x-rays and told me everything I already told them in the first place. They left me sitting in the little room for 3hrs and nobody acknowledged me.

As I am asking questions with the very nice young women at the front desk I was rudely interrupted by a very rude Shannon. I would NOT recommend you go to the Huber heights location. I was asking questions and Shannon was with a patient, decided to put her two sense in. Not only was she rude to me she is very unprofessional. Talking about my business infront of another patient. I was baffled by her actions and all I could do was walk away. So thanks to Shannon I will be choosing a different dental office to be seen at. Everyone else was wonderful!!! Shannon ruined this experience and relationship I could have built with aspen dental.

Entire process went very well. Dr Ali was great and so was Anita. Anita kept me well informed on everything and was absolutely the best! She made it a very positive experience.

Staff was very polite and knowledgeable if you ever need dental work done I suggest you go to them you will not be disappointed I wasn't

We recommend that you never use this dentist. My husband had dentures that were under warranty for seven years. We made an appointment and specifically said we need a soft alignment under our warranty. They never said there would be a charge for it they never said it wasn't under warranty. They charged us $260 for x-rays and then wanted to charge almost $1000 more for the work to the dentures. They were incredibly uncooperative and rude to deal with

Aspen Dental made it impossible for me to be seen for an emergency. When I tried to schedule online, it directed me to call because I was not a new patient. No one answered the phone during regular business hours, so I left a voicemail but did not get a return call. I called again and was offered an appointment over a week away, which was too far out for this issue. The person scheduling didn't seem to grasp the urgency of the matter. Also I told two different people there over the phone that I had a certain savings plan, yet no one mentioned to me that the office stopped accepting it in April until I was there in person.

Beavercreek location wanted to charge me almost $300 for consultation that you don't get applied to your dental total price. They also do not honor the 20% discount advertised on tv and google.

After a lengthy delay caused by their inability to contact my insurance, even though they had had my numbers from the time I made the appointment, everyone with whom I came into contact was wonderful. The x-ray technician and the dental hygienist went out of their way to accommodate some unusual issues that I have, Best of all, the dental hygienist introduced me to a product that actually is giving me relief from pain and discomfort I have been experiencing for the past 7 years following major surgery. Thanks, everyone for being so thoughtful!

I had a very positive experience at the Aspen Dental Clinic. X-rays we're taken of all of my teeth and I received a deep cleaning. It was discovered that I have periodontal disease. As a result, I was provided with an oral rinse, a prescription strength tooth paste and a plan designed to cure this problem. I commend the Aspen Dental Clinic for their professionalism.
