Was in pain! Could not figure my insurance out and they where very patient with me. After get my exam they took the tooth that was bothering me out within minutes! I did not feel a thing during the procedure and recommended anyone to choice this dental office! Left with a smile and no pain! Thanks again to the best team ever!

They basically lied to me and said my exam would be free but because I was in too much to get a X ray they charge my almost 200$ for using 30 seconds of their time equipment and it would have been free if I wasn't in so much pain which I let them know before I made my appointment, secondly they are not affordable they wanted 2,000 to basically but a crown in my tooth and do a root canal and wanted basically 400$ to pull my tooth and wouldn't work me on the price or do a payment plan if I could give 0 stars I would I will never be going back here again

I have been to many dentists, but here I felt comfortable. Everyone was so very nice and understanding toward my dental issues. I feel I am in good hands here.

Well to start of the front desk person was on the phone for 15 minutes, never looking up to greet the patients. Didn't give any suggestion to have a seat and they would be right with you. That was rude. The wait was an hour before anyone came out to get me to go to the room. Once all the financial paperwork was done it took another 10 minutes to wait for someone to take me to the room for my tooth to be extracted. This took forever after six shots of novacane It took another 30 to 40 minutes for the Hygenist to come into remove my tooth after she told me I would only be waiting for 10 minutes.

I didn't like the woman at the front desk. Everytime I go there,I paid for it. Even though the dentist didn't filed a claim. Get someone with experience at the front desk please!

My experience exceeded expectations in terms of the "treatment plan" for my upcoming dental procedures. The prices were very reasonable. I appreciate their promptness with getting me an appointment as they took into consideration the pain that I was experiencing last week during my phone call with their intake specialist. I'm looking forward to my upcoming visit with your Aspen team. Thank you for being in our networks, both MetLife as well as FEDVIP-BCBS.

I love the politeness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I would preferred to be told about fee's upfront Other than that I think I had a great exam.

After my visit, I became incredibly sick with an infection in my mouth. One of my teeth broke in half, and to top it off, I came back COVID positive. I paid $1800 for this? Not to mention the hospital bill. I want my money back that I prepaid.

Seemed very thorough, although for the first time ever, I was told I have gingivitis. Either my previous dentists were not checking for gingivitis or Aspen Dental is adding on services. I have no idea which, so I'll give Aspen Dental the benefit of the doubt.
