Got new plates went to get something to eat and the first bit a tooth fell out took them back to get my 3000.00 back didn't buy the cheap one good thing I had my old one yet.I have never had any problems with had them over 40 years.

Aspen rescheduled my first appointment the day of, because a hygienist went home sick. I was able to get in 2 weeks later. I waited in the lobby for an hour before they brought me back. The hygienist was great and rebuilt the trust

And what wonderful care and concern these guys have :) i didnt have insurance last year and i was approved for a credit line specifically for them and its a gr8 thing to have for emergencies...like a gummy bear pulling out a filling :)

They are boarderline fraud! They are friendly when you go inside, but they will upcharge your insurance 3-600% more than it's worth/you're quoted. So when you leave "your'e all caught up" and the next month you get a bill more than what you initially paid for your appointment. If you ask them about it, they just blame your insurance. I have insurance through my work and I know my policy didn't change. And if you catch up on your bills in cash, chances are it will never see the statement so you get double charged.

This place is terrible!!! I had to go to a different dentist because theirs quit. They did not fax over the x-rays they said I had not been there since 2018 when I was just there june 12th2022.... I contacted my insurance company. DONT GO Here!!!!

I was refused on 2 tooth repairs even with Delta Dental plan because they required a written statement from my orthopedic Dr. on if antibiotics are necessary. Why wasn't this done 2 weeks ago during a cleaning exam. I'm aware of other service problems.also.

Had dentures made, they don't back up there work, when they have u sign forms they lie about what the form is for, the tech will schedule u an appointment then they cancel it without saying anything until u show up! People behind the counter very rude when u try to explain something to them!

Amazing staff!! Corbin is the most amazing and helpful person I have ever had the privilege to know. Her and the rest of the staff treated me like a king, and were quick to find answers to all of my questions.

Made first time appointment for cleaning but was just processed with xrays and teeth looked at by doctor but no cleaning and was there for an hour. Have to go back again for the cleaning. Did not like to have to go back again and was not informed that was going to happen. Unusual, never had that happen before with other dentists. Just took me by surprise.

I had a very pleasant experience after not seeing a dentist for 2 years. Staff were friendly and thoughtful and helped me plan future visits to keep my oral care healthy and proactive!

I came to this place knowing I had not taken the best care of my teeth. Everyone here has exceeded what I expected and helped more than I thought possible. They've done everything they can to get me in a healthier place, and sent me home with important routines to maintain the improvements. Everything they do is challenging, from scheduling in critical time windows, to giving background information on hygiene conditions in a way I understand, to working with stubborn extractions with a mind for patient experience. They do an excellent job, and I'm actually going to be a little sad when it's back to just me and my own devices for most of the year. Wish I could give the place 6 stars.

Arrived to my appointment on time and waited in line to speak to the receptionist. He said I need to reschedule my appointment and gave mixed reasons for the cancellation of my scheduled appointment. First it was because I needed to be early to fill out the paperwork, it took two minutes and if he would've been on the ball he could've given it to me while figuring out the other customer's payment info. Then he said the hygienist was still working on another customer, so that's the new reason for my cancellation. What a waste of my time and no I don't want to reschedule, are you kidding me? Should've listened to the other reviews.

I called and made an appointment, their phone receptionist told me they accepted my insurance. I arrived for my appointment only to be told my insurance was not accepted but they could talk with me about financing. (Which sounds rather suspicious) I have an emergency dental issue, I waited four days for this appointment and now I'm back at square one and still in a lot of pain. They need to make sure their office staff is better informed. Just to save anyone else the trouble, they do not accept state insurance regardless of what they tell you on the phone.

My father was very satisfied with visit...they gave him a appointment for the same day I called.they adjusted his teeth so he could eat.everyone is very nice and treats him well. He is 92 . Thanks much
