I love Aspen, the people is great but I would love if they make appointments for you they will live up to it. That's my only bad experience I have had. To many cancel appointments and I've only been there 6 months.

I went for my first appointment and couldn't have been more comfortable there. The dental assistant s were top notch , and the dentist Dr Marks was so incredibly non judge mental and positive. The insurance Approval for upcoming treatments has been a hassle , but that's anywhere insurance covers some things not everything. I'm gonna be going back for several treatments and I know I picked the right place.

I had a great experience today at Aspen Dental. Dr.Marks and her staff were very pleasant from the time I arrived and until I left. I would recommend anyone who doesn't have a primary dentist or even if you do to visit the College Drive location for your needs.

It's just horrible Yes staff is nice and all and they did one part of what I needed done I will not come back now they are giving me the runaround now the first day they did the exam when done they took me to the lady that broke down the cost she tool me my first 2 Apts would both cost 133.60 each she even wrote it on both the apt cards for me I payed for the first apt in full 133.60 the week before had then when there for my apt I still had to pay more money I was ok her and payed it no fuss right.. But that's not all that same Day of the work being done I gave the the full amount to the penny for the second apt up frunt over 200 dollars so on September 8th 6pm came I went in for my second apt they said oh you still owe 70 dollars I told her no I do not so she took me to the back to show me now she say oh well here's what happened so u still owe 40 dollars make up your mind so I told her just refund the money I paid for this apt and she said I'd have to take 40 from that I said fine I want the rest of my money back when I got the refund it was ok 177.80 that 70 Lee's then what they should have Givin me back I have called and talk to them about this there playing me as dumb and never calling me back and yet to give me the 70 back either I will stop by this Thursday and I will not leave it'll they give the money they still owe me some sketchy people

I went to them for the first time for an evaluation. And every one was Friendly and nice. Very professionnel. But also making you feel good. And Dr Marks put me at ease. The team explains everything. When you come out, you know what has to be done. And why they need to do it . And you get a estimation for the total cost. So I will ho back. And fir le to say this , that means, alot I am l Scared of Dentists.

I appreciated the friendly, warm, and inviting atmosphere. They made sure I was comfortable. They have very affordable prices! Dr. Marks and her team showed a caring attitude and fixed my problem and I am completely satisfied. I do recommend! I will be returning.

The BEST Dentist office I've ever been to. From the receptionist, to the office manager, as well as the dental assistants, they make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Talk you through each step of the process and the importance of taking care of your teeth. Dr.Marks is the best, so understanding, and explains every step of the process. When she says no pain, she means you really won't feel a thing. The Endodontist made my root canal feel like a cleaning. Looking for a great dentist office , Aspen Dental is the spot

The Aspen Dental Team is the absolute best! Words honestly can't describe how friendly and generous the ENTIRE staff treats each patient. After looking for a dental office in the Baton Rouge area i decided to give Aspen Dental a call and schedule my initial visit. Upon entering the building, the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. I was greeted by the receptionist at the front desk. Signing in was quick, it took about 4-5 mins, given it was my first appointment. The wait time was manageable and the waiting area was clean and quiet. I was taken in the back to have my x-rays done before being brought to the examination room where the dental hygienist checked my gums and explained to me my gum health. Shortly after Dr. Lyndsay Marks entered the room with an upbeat attitude. Dr. Marks got straight to the point of my visit, all while informing me of the dental work I'd need done in order to have a HEALTHY SMILE. I was then taken to the checkout center where a very sweet lady glanced over my care plan and helped me in regards to financing a payment plan so that my treatment could be as cost efficient as possible. She was very detailed about the many insurance agencies i could reach out to all the while engaging in small talk which i found to be very pleasant. Although i wasn't approved for financing, i was well informed about how i could break my treatment plan up and schedule accordingly. Quite frankly the treatment plan prices are reasonable if you want a HEALTHY SMILE. Upon setting up my next appointment, I was given the option by Dr. Lyndsay Marks to be squeezed in that same day to have my wisdom tooth extracted. Although i was in pain i declined and was scheduled later within the week. At my next appointment Dr.Marks and her assistant made everything smooth sailing and safe. I had first time jitters, but Dr. Lyndsay Marks assured me that she would make it as painless as possible. I felt slight pressure, but NO PAIN. I was given a post op sheet that explained what to expect after my procedure. I will definitely be returning for a follow up visit. GREAT TEAM and IMPECCABLE SERVICE.
