So I had a bad wisdom tooth that had bothered me for weeks. So my wife called aspen dental and the next day I was in. So I came in for a normal check up to see what was going on and while talking to the doctor he said that the tooth was infected. So while we were talking about this I stated that this thing keeps me up most of the night so I am at work like a zombie and now at work I am even having issues as well. He suggested that he pulls it on the spot and I said umm yes please. The doc also said because Of if the infection he will numb it the best he can. About 10 minutes later I was super numb and about 10 after that the tooth was out. I will highly recommend you guys to anyone because of lack of sleep and intense pain they stepped right up and helped me on the spot.

The Batavia office is always accommodating! They go above and beyond for their clients. I always feel comfortable when I walk out. Today especially I had Dr. Sai he was putting in a filling for me and from start to finish he was very soothing and caring. He told me from the start that he was going to give me the best shot I have ever had and was he right! I hate needles and he definitely made sure I was ok throughout the whole process. Thank you to Aspen and a huge thank you to Dr. Sai for making my experience a good one every time.

First of all I'd like to say the two ones star ratings on this is absolutely true I went through the same thing today I called a week ago plenty of time to get a tooth pulled when I got there I finally got in the x-rays were miserable time consuming very unprofessional I just wanted a tooth pulled and they will try their hardest to sell me upper and lower dentures I told the lady that I just wanted to have one tooth pulled and she says we can't do that today you have to come back and do that Monday A very very bad place to come to I want to Eastman dental in Rochester very nice professional and there was absolutely no problem Aspen dental in Batavia is a joke

No cooperation when we sought services else where. Refused to cooperate with us on a referral. This was after a year of not getting us an appt with them. Do not go here, they only want your money.

Husband had terrible tooth pain and needed to an extraction without insurance. They got us in right away. Affordable. Got the tooth removed same day right after our appt. Thank you guys. Lifesaver. 10 stars.

I had a tooth break while working at my radio job and needed an emergency walk in performed for an extraction. Within an hour Katelyn had DR Masood perform the work at a very affordable price and I was on my way. Very happy they got me back on my way so quickly and efficiently.

I had the worst experience with Aspen Dental. When I called and set up an appointment i was told that my insurance was accepted. I went to my first appointment yesterday and was told after i got there that is wasn't accepted. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45, the doctor did not come see me for 59 mins i fell asleep waiting. The doctor told me i needed a bunch of work done that i know for a fact that i didn't need done. All i went for was a routine 6 month cleaning. The doctor wants to do 2 root canals , and some fillings lol. I have no pain or no problems with my teeth. I was warned about this before i even went by a friend. The reason why i went to aspen is because I just moved out here. So after all this i went to leave and they wanted to talk me about a $6,500 payment plan. Be careful people. I have dental coverage and i told these people this from the get go and i feel they played me just to get in there

I was pretty nervous going into see the dentist but absolutely everyone there was awesome. Everyone there were kind, friendly and very informative. This is definitely the place to go for dental care.

Dekari was very helpful and greeted me with a smile - which is always nice to see. I then saw Kim who took xrays and was great!! My doctor was Dr. Masood - who explained everything and gave me my options and listened to my concerns as well. I then met with Debora to discuss my appointments and payment options - she was wonderful and very helpful and understanding. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone and everyone - THEY ARE GREAT
