Very disappointing and misleading, should have researched the integrity and honesty before I went in. Don't even bother you will be charged more than the service is worth and they do it with a smile.

Terrible experience, I paid for a deep cleaning and got a half a** job . It was more like a regular cleaning . You can tell which teeth were really cleaned and which teeth were neglected . Only the front teeth the lady actually cleaned , the back teeth / molars were neglected . On top of that the fat boy at the front desk has a sick attitude . There's a lot more to say , but I'm going to leave it like that . Wouldn't recommend this place if you don't have dental insurance.

Front desk was welcome me great,stuff was nice with me . Doctor was great.they gave me a great job .I recommend anybody to go to Aspen Dental They will take good care of you.

From the moment we walked through the door, I had a feeling that something was off. After switching dental insurance, both the wife and I needed to find a new dentist. So we decided to give Aspen dental a shot. We have had regular cleanings forever and we were seeking a 6 month cleaning. While being "examined" the hygienist was poking around and calling out numbers to the other assistant to log. She was very unsure of herself while doing so. After we were finished, we began checking out and our bill came to almost $500.00 for deep cleaning... Aspen dental is a joke, buyer beware. The only thing I will say was that the staff was pleasant.

DON'T GO THERE not a clean place, the worst experience was with the manager for him patient care didn't come first at all, didn't care if I was happy with the service nothing 0 empathy. The Doctor didn't seem like caring either. Worst experience so far in a dentist place.

This the worst unprofessional, incompetent, unreliable dental facility ever. Ruined my wife's bridge work and didn't want to repair it. Finally, agreed to repair the work and then canceled almost every appointment we made there after. Would call us the day of the appointment and canceled or ask us what we are coming in for. Absolutely the worst service we ever received from a dentist office .

Horrible experience...I had a infected tooth and needed aintboiotics..my appointment was in the morning so I waited the hole day and they never called it in..it took me 35 calls to finally get someone to call me after hours..I could have gotten a fever if it had been any longer..oh and after i got my tooth pulled they prescribed nothing for the pain...unbelievable..

Staff was awesome all around. They were very helpful, informative, and they corrected mistakes that another office made to my teeth (I won't name any names). A little pricey but I was able to be approved for a payment plan, but it was well worth it. Thank you all so much.

I would never go back to this place. It was a TERRIBLE experience. They do not care about their patients and you WILL NOT get the treatment you deserve. I'm very disappointed and I would not recommend anyone go to this office.

Had dental pain in the weekend, called customer care and booked an earliest available appointment, drove early to be on time for appointment and was told they could not see new patients. Receptionist had no idea why CC booked me up for treatment and there X Ray machines not working. Would stay away from this unorganized venture.

Came for a root canal two years ago Nov 2019 already back for a retreat ,so I would not recommend getting them done here my root canal was about 800 and some change and today i pay 217 for a consult to retreat the root canal done here ,people do not have money like that ,so I'm trying to save someone some money and a future headache .otherwise staff is friendly and facility is clean.

Very quick to get started. The super friendly staff had me signed in and back taking xrays and photos for my file. Hygienist and Dentist both checked out my teeth and gums and gave concise advice on what my options were and what to look into. Ending with the office manager, she help me understand all my upcoming procedures and worked with me on an easy monthly payment plan to get me started. Overall great service from all the professional, friendly staff start to finish.
