The ladies were amazing, very thorough and got me in pretty quickly for my procedure, friendly.I think the only thing I would do different is have some kind of sheet attached to door frame to allow for more privacy, people walking by can see you in the room, doors aren't being closed, or have people sit facing the inside of the room abd away from the doors if they must stay open, also exit area for financials would be nice if more private, as it is- the bext person can hear everything.

I think this place is great, everyone is nice and friendly. I have a major fear of needles, they do the best work I barely felt anything.

New to the state and very disappointed in the customer service. Phone calls don't get returned because always an answering machine. Called for a broken tooth and was scheduled weeks later. Really? Are they waiting for it to break completely for more extensive work? Witnessed a man come in for an appointment and he was turned away for not clicking confirm on his phone. Whoa! How about a courtesy call to make sure he saw it? The appointments are so far out that these courtesy calls need to be made. Office personnel are RUDE!

I went in for an exam back in august. Staff are very friendly there. However, I was asked to pay up front for a cleaning that hadn't happened yet and that didn't seem to go through my insurance. When I called my insurance company, they agreed that asking for a down payment on a cleaning was odd. Since then, aspen has had to reschedule me twice. Unfortunately, I am due with a baby in less than three weeks and won't be able to have said cleaning until after the baby is born (something g my midwife advised me to have done prior to baby's arrival). At this point, I'm going to look elsewhere. The first date offered to me was October 29th, which is not going to work for me given that I will have just given birth. I've never gone to a dentist that had to reschedule me this many times, or one that took two months in between an exam and cleaning. I've now lost out on $80 since I put down half of the cost of the cleaning as a "down payment". I understand everyone is short staffed, but this is a bit much.

Was very happy with the service today. It was my first appointment for X-rays and see what I needed doing. I was lucky as someone cancelled their appointment so they asked if I wanted the treatment done that needed to be done. All of the staff members are super nice and sweet. Highly recommend Aspen Dental. Especially if you're a nervous patient.

Horrible customer service... New customer and felt completely unwanted. "You need to be here 15 early for your appointment." Ok any chance I can get in still? I got here as fast as i could I was at an emergency call. "I will check but you needed to be here to fill out paperwork" Sits at the desk on the phone for 40 minutes. "Disappeared for a second and comes back "yea we can't get you in today. We can reschedule" No ill pass I already waited 3 months for this one I'm not waiting three more.

well, my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am (which was booked last minute the day before, which was seemingly fine), and i wasn't seen until after 11am when the branch manager came into the exam room and asked me to leave because they didn't have time for me that day. they apparently had another patient come in who needed to be seen sooner because it was an emergent issue, which i was fine with because hey, things happen, and i did not have an emergent issue. i am mostly just upset because i was left waiting for well over an hour, and the manager told me that asking patients to leave, long wait times, and rescheduling isn't something that usually happens, but according to these reviews it happens a lot. with that in mind i brought it up to the manager and she didn't say a word, and ignored what i said. i did get an x-ray during my visit which was great, but i don't think it should have taken as long to ask me to leave if they knew that they wouldn't have time to see me before they closed at 12pm. also, they promote being accommodating for those who are busy and have full time jobs, but they're closed on saturdays & sundays, only open until noon on friday's, and close at 5 almost every day, except monday. what about that is accommodating? I did however reschedule my visit, so hopefully that one will go better.

This morning I had my first appointment to see about getting new dentures. From the start go everyone was pleasant and very happy to share and answer any questions I had. I am looking forward to my appointment tomorrow for starting new dentures. Thank you for making this experience very meaningful.

See edit/update for full story. The pain-related appointment I waited over 2 months for was canceled when I showed up. Apparently their confirmation system was broken and they canceled my appointment without letting me know. I had confirmed my appointment over text and they acknowledged the confirmation. So much for an unpaid day off of work and two hours of driving. Thankfully, since I'm in pain they could reschedule me for a month out instead of the 3+ for a normal exam. This is no sooner than if I had just called today for the first time. They did nothing to fix their mistake, except for a single "sorry about that". I waited 20 minutes in the lobby to find this out. Additionally, patients coming out, people in the lobby, and the front desk person were all annoyed/flustered because of how many concurrent appointments they had made, the long wait time, and the fact they only had one dentist working. Edit/Update: The rescheduled appointment went smoothly. Although I waited quite a while in the exam room, everyone I met from the receptionist and hygienist to the doctor was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and willing to take questions. In conclusion, it seems like the staff are terrific, but the practice may be a tad understaffed/overbooked. If you don't mind time spent waiting at the office and potential scheduling difficulties, I can definitely recommend this place.
