Please update your system to match the insurance coverage codes, such small errors can lead patients to OVERPAY/underpay when it's not needed and already covered by respective insurances! A mistake can happen but if the staff is not willing to listen and address it then that's a problem! I personally didn't care much but if something is probably affecting other people unknowingly then it should be addressed instead of getting angry against whoever brought it up!! Dr.Kim and the rest of Practitioners are wonderful !!!!

A Coworker shared Aspen dental with me due to some most recent pain I was having with my back tooth. I was able to call on Tuesday and get work done on Thursday of the same week. I was happy with the attentiveness that all of the employees shared during my visit as well as the timely operation. I was able to get approved for a payment plan for my operation which I've had problems with in the past. I would recommend Aspen dental to anyone I know with tooth pain or as a dentist office. Thank you!

My second update i went back today because the new bottom denture was made wrong again . I dont understand what or how they make thier dentures but this time i could not chew with them they were way to big. The dentist said to try to use them like a new pair of shoes do you believe that. Anyway inorder for me to get my money back he said i would have to leave the teath so i did he probably thought i would not go out with no teath well i did. Then i read my contract it said he should have gave me 90 days to return them but thats ok you live and learn. To anyone who reads this review can believe it or go through the process its totally your call. The staff are great even the customer service was great up until the end. Im sure they provide great dental services but when it comes to dentures they need a better lab or experience with dentures. I want to thank them for trying to fix the problem but sadly it just didnt happen thank you aspen dental UPDATE TO THE BAD REVIEW I GAVE.i want to start by giving me a 1 star because i didnt wait to see how they were going to handle this matter. I was so surprised they not only are going to repair the dentures they are making me a new set. I will use the old set until they finish my new set. Thank you aspen dental for caring and understanding and for great customer service. ____ I had my dentures done a few months ago and i had some problems with them . I wrote a review out of anger and now i regret it because i didn't wait to see the outcome. Well the outcome is up at the top thank you aspen for understanding and taking care of the problem. I did not have a good experience at this practice. I went for my 1st visit in November 2021. Upon evaluation, it was determined that I would need a root canal. Prep for the tooth was done, and the permanent crown was ordered. From this, the care became completely disjointed. I went back twice for my scheduled placement of the crown, and both times, I was told my crown wasn't in yet due to CoVID delays. I was frustrated that I was not called prior to arriving to inform me of this so that I would know to not take time off work. This negativity impacted my job. Also, while waiting for the crown, the temporary crown broke 3 times and I had to go back multiple times to have it replaced. Also, each time I went, the dentist I had seen precluded no longer worked there. There was a very high turnover in staff, which made the care even more disjointed. Long story short, it took until July 2021 to finally have the permanent crown placed. I experienced pain afterward and had to have it readjusted. 2 weeks after that, it fell out. And now I'm at a different location for care, and things are already so much better here. I would not recommend this place to anyone I love. I hope things are better now that we're on the other side of the pandemic.

Had an Awesome Experience . Not going to lie i Always hated going to the Dentist as a Kid but i was well over due and they made the experience more comfortable for me. They have me a Plan now to get my Teeth back the way they should be . I truly feel confident in Aspen Dental .

Came in for a few fillings today and Kiele and Dr. Shah were fantastic!!! I was pretty nervous for my appointment, but they both talked me through it and got me in and out no problem!! Highly recommend!

The dental Surgeon was professional and explained very well about the procedure, but the office staff had me wait for a almost two weeks for the tooth extraction, though I was prescribed Antibiotic and ibuprofen but it still didn't help with the pain, I called the office and ask them, if they could prescribe a different medication for the pain, I was told that we will reach out to the dentist and will call you back, never heard back from them. Not forget to mention the front desk lady Ashly is very helpful.

Everyone who works there are very friendly and nice. The dentist is kind and good at his job. What I like the most is how they tell you ahead of time the estimated cost and confirm your treatment plan. It's fair for their customers.

Great experience, very friendly and attentive staff. Office was not packed with patients and did not have to wait. Receptionist was very welcoming, helpful + cute Medical assistant was quick, considerate and excited about her work + cute. Financial advisor was educational, helped with financing, considerate and motivated with her work + cute. Dentist was direct, educational and gave me options. Looking forward to the pain for the gain.

It was an amazing experience ... it was the kindness and welcoming spirit for me W I would recommend 10/10 starting from Kelly the front PSR who has not only a amazing smile but spirit to match as well as my dental assistants who were concerned and encouraging (Abby, KIELE) all the way down to doctor A who was not only patient with me but courteous and knowledgeable!!! An exceptional team for amazing dentistry.

I will share my spouse experience first , His experience was good from his initial appt down to his next appt .. Discomfort per normal from an extraction ..kudos My experience my initial visit I waited almost 2 hours to be seen and yes had an appt .. they were all nice though , I like the fact ofc manager stepped in and helped out .. cons: They had an issue so called with the pc so my insurance wasn't under my file , I called 2 additional times within the next week and half to see what's going on since no one contacted me like they said . Finally they had straightened out the ins. I'm here at my appt waiting to pay my copay of $27 per our conversation on the phone .. I'm now told it was $200+ I said oh no it was 27 per our conversation .. she verified my name and I said yes that's me , she then said again 200+, I said I think I need to part ways with this dentist and she then said oh something wrong with the pc again there it is $27 .. I'm feeling unease now .
