Skip the Avon business go to the Plainfield Aspen Dental I had a bad experience at the Avon store it's not being ran correctly

Came in today. I showed up 12 minutes late to my appointment and they said they had to check in with the dentists to make sure they could still see me which I totally understood. Then they had me come inside and pay $49.00 for coming in. I was a little confused because I was told at the Avon aspen when I set up this appointment there should be no further charges and my insurance says that they handle cleanings but I payed it and went on. When I got to the dentists chair he gave me the option of signing a form if I want to do the cancer screening. I said yes because he said it would be free no extra charge. So I signed it. Now when I called them they said that they charged me $30 for the cancer screening. Which doesn't make sense because 1 I was charged $49 and 2 I was told it was free. So at the end of my check in today I scheduled an appointment for 6-months from now. But I will definitely not be coming back.

I think this office is amazing. I've been coming here a long time and they always make me feel like family. I was there recently and like always Morgan, unise, and dr parsey we're always on it. However they finally fixed their short staff issue but I don't know if they are just hiring people because they are desperate or what. But there were two new girls and one was very nice. But there is on new assistant that's extremely unprofessional and the things she talks about with other assistants or says in front of patients made me uncomfortable. She uses some terms that are not appropriate for anyone to hear really and she always talking about cops. There is already too much going on in the world today. I had an appointment today but I rescheduled to a day where she doesn't work there. She's very loud and unprofessional and always yelling staff. Pretty sure I heard her talking about another patient to an assistant. Other than that assistant I love everyone else and they have definitely helped me overcome my fear and feel more confident. Now they just need a hygienist

While visiting Avon from Texas my crown broke. Aspen Dental was able to get me in the next business day and took care of my crown very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and the dentist knew how to deal with my old school crown. If I lived here in Avon, Aspen Dental would most definitely be my new dentist office.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Dr Parsey is an amazing person and an exceptional professional. I was at ease ftom the moment he walked in . He explained everything and let me ask all the questions I had and ones I didn't know I had. Natalie was so pleasant at the front desk. Brittany took my xrays and she is literally the best ! Morgan is awesome and I was very comfortable and Kelly went through all the costs explaining everything setting me up with my next appointments. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The office is big and spotless. I actually look forward to my next visit.

Can't believe I'm leaving a review for a dentist but I really feel like I need to! Don't let Aspens bad press fool you - the staff at Avon Aspen are genuine great. I've now visited Aspen Dental in Avon approximately seventeen thousand times, or maybe six or seven in the last two months on my journey to combine my dental health and mental health by fixing my Situation. I had bad teeth. Real bad teeth. Child of Hillbillies Teeth. And I have BIG dental fear. I was usually crying by the time I parked my car, and hyperventilating once we hit the chair. They were so patient with me. They were 100% non judgemental, took their time, and NEVER let me spend any time in pain. I'm 35 - and VERY afraid of the dentist. My upper teeth weren't savable by any means, broken or held together by too many fillings. I knew going in what I would need. Full upper denture. I thought it would take longer... months of spaced out appointments and agony. They had my smile back to 100% within weeks. They gave me my options, explained every step and had my scheduled ASAP. They also squeezed me in for multiple emergency visits. Surprise fillings. Quick adjustments. They dealt with me bursting into anxiety tears for literally the first six appointments. Pretty sure I bit two hygienists. When I was unhappy with how my new teeth fit - they remade it with no hassel. They honored their happiness policy 100% but Dr. Parsey took extra care to make sure they'd fit my weird tiny mouth and they do! They're perfect. I don't think I've smiled this much in years. In fact, I was so comfortable at Aspen, I followed up my appointments by scheduling my teenage daughter a visit. She has exactly 0% fear of dentists but also agrees - Avon Aspen Dental is legit. Extra shout out to Natalie at the front desk because she is legitimately there every time I'm in.

I do NOT recommend this place!! If you are on your deathbed for dental needs just go ahead and pass such a joke, spent 15k here and can't get a true answer, they over book and are under staffed. Promise one thing and get another. So tired of being taken advantage of. Just don't even waste your time here. Can't keep good help. Oral surgeon told me 4 months next session and by October I should be complete! Not true.

I've barely even begun my treatment plan but could tell immediately that their compassion, empathy, and ability to cater to severe dental anxiety were unparalleled. Despite my fear, I was treated with kindness and respect. They went far beyond the basics to ensure I was as comfortable as possible, despite the circumstances and thoroughly explained each step. throughly which made me much more comfortable. They developed several plans taking my finances and timing/ recovery into account. I truly couldn't have asked for better. I'm looking forward to getting my teeth finally fixed. THANK YOU!!!!!!
