They were very helpful and attentive and the dentist that I had, was the best dentist I ever had. I had an extraction and I didn't feel a thing. Even after the medication wore off I had no pain. It was trauma free.

New Patients BEWARE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE! If I could give this dental office 0 stars I would. My son had a dentist appointment at 10:15 a.m. Mind you, we live forty minutes away from this location. Upon arrival, my son was told by Cara and Monika he did not have an appointment. When I called the call center, they in fact confirmed that my son had an appointment, but someone at the office cancelled it. I asked why no one called us, in which we continued to get the run around. I then spoke to Felix from the Austell office. He was very rude and dismissive. The only solution he could give was for my son, who was suffering from an aching wisdom tooth to come back on Thursday because he did not want to inconvenience his staff. I will never use this dental office again. If you are reading this, don't waste your time or money.

The dentist fractured my maxillary jaw bone. Didn't say anything, just referred me immediately to an oral surgeon to fix it.

Excellent service the staff was friendly everything was explained and the staff made sure I understood what I wanted done was their main concern and they work with you financially to find a plan that's comfortable for your pocket really glad I chose Aspen Dental

All staff were very accomodating, courteous and attentive.. They treat every patient with utmost importance and cared for. Thank you to my dentist who was very efficient and very nice too with my hygienist and assistant. Aspen Hiram branch has a Great team I would say and I am so grateful. God bless you all!

The dentist and hygienist I saw were both knowledgeable and professional. Dr. S listened to my concerns and explained the treatment plan well. The only downside, at no fault of the dentist, was the person who schedules the patients appointments is off location and not well versed in how long each procedure takes. This caused a long wait time because there were so many new patient appointments one after the next and it takes time to see everyone. This overbooks the dentist and causes long wait times. When talking to the coordinator, Alexis, about my follow up appointment she also was professional and helped me prioritize what I needed and wanted completed. Clean facility lobby, exam and waiting rooms. Good experience overall.

Waited over an hour with an appointment to be seen until I decided to just leave. I watched as another lady who came in after me was taken to back to be seen. Smh. I wasn't the right race I guess. My time is valuable and I will never return to an Aspen Dental.

I had a wonderful experience every one was very professional and courteous. The young lady who assisted me was very helpful and patient. She was from the Douglasville Office and I really appreciated her taking time with me. I forgot her name but please recognize her she is top notch. Thank you

I had a great experience with Aspen. I went in for an extraction. The Doctor & his assistant we're perfect, they made me feel welcomed & made sure I was comfortable before and during my procedure. The timing was pretty decent, it only lasted an hr, probably a little over but that was fine. The price was very reasonable with not having insurance, they also gave me a discounted coupon to help out. The environment was very nice. All of the staff were helpful/friendly & very nice. They all answered my questions and gave great advise, even the Doctor before and after the procedure, anything I needed or wanted to know he & his assistant had the answer. Very patient and kind. I 100% recommend Aspen Dental if you can't decide on where to go for dental care.

It was an awful experience!!!!! 10:40 til 1pm is wayyyyy to long for a visit. Staff has changed So it took too long for the insurance to be approved. Went to the back and waited again tooooooo long. I'm gonna change dentist
