I have NEVER had such an excruciating ordeal as I did in the Auburn, Maine office. The Dr. Took 45 minutes to extract my last tooth which left me with Dry Socket PAIN and a trip to my Chiropractor for the damage she did to my neck. There was no support for my neck during the procedure, and I tried to explain to them that they were going to break my neck if I didn't get a break. There was no excuse for what they put me thru. She should have cut my gums long before she did. I got no stitches or pain medication & after a week, I feel NO BETTER. LAW SUIT? MAYBE!

Have temporary dentures that im unable to wear because of how poorly made they were. Despite going back for adjustments. I refused to move on to the permanent because I was kind of horrified at how they filed and cracked and glued and filed and filed and filed my temporary dentures. They also make a habit of holding appointments for a month and then canceling it just days beforehand. Ive been a patient for about 3 years and I cant really pin point a positive experience. Wait, sorry. The hygienist is amazing, so thorough. Its just incredibly difficult getting to see her.

I was given a price for a cleaning and x-rays. I paid at the visit only to find out I was paying for an exam and needed to schedule a simple cleaning for another appointment at an additional $165. The majority of the time for the first hour visit we spent talking about what they were going to do rather than doing it. Ask for an itemized bill and you'll see service fees for different things. There are better providers and it's worth the wait to get on their schedules. Cannot recommend will not revisit.

The staff at Aspen Dental is awesome. I have always had high anxiety about having dental work done sense I was a child. Aspen Dental knows how to make their patients feel comfortable. My tooth extraction was a breeze. (as far as extractions go) Same evening and no pain at all. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Very efficient, friendly and clean. Staff was so kind and helpful. I'm glad I scheduled a consult. Less than 24 hours from going online to schedule, I had appropriate meds and a clear plan forward.

$1400.00 for a deep cleaning!!! That's IT!! Was in and out in under an hour!! This is what they charge DISABLED people paying OUT OF POCKET!!! Disgusted!
