Faced my biggest fear and had my wisdom teeth removed today after 5 years of procrastination. I only wish I had found this practice and gone sooner. It would have saved me a lot of headaches, literally and figuratively. 100% professionalism and understanding from everyone, including the staff in Worcester who set me up with the appointment, to the staff at the front desk checking me in, to Dr. Lee who managed to have the procedure done in 20 minutes from start to finish including numbing, and even the gentleman who answered the phone when I called back with concerns. They made a horrible worst case scenario situation for someone with high anxiety comfortable and as easy as possible. I'm sure it isn't easy for them when someone says "I'm terrified of the dentist and sedation but I need 5 teeth pulled" but they handled everything from my panic attack to my profuse apologies with grace and understanding. 10 out of 10 would go back to this Aspen dental and any other owned and operated by Dr. Henville. Incredible team and environment. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I had a wisdom tooth removed here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, and the procedure was quick and pain free.

If you are scared of dentists, go here. They make you comfterable and not as scared. Amazingly nice and informative about everything that is going on.

Aspen Dental in Auburn, MA is a "Chaotic" place, work performed without organization! We came on time for our appointment, my appointment was cancelled right on the spot without prior notice. My wife was in an unsanitary hygiene room, poor air flow, no water to soak her mouth, no Dentist available to recheck after completed. Can anyone imagine a "hygiene" work performed by the "latex globe hands" in and out in your mouth without water to soak up? Just "done", that's all. Rude service personnel. We will never come back again, period! NOT recommend for anyone!
