Find a family practice especially if you have decent insurance. I had impacted molars and I was told the extractions would cost around 3000 out of pocket. They also said I need to wait to see the oral surgeon. I found a very nice dentist and she has already removed 2 of my wisdom teeth for not even 100 dollars. How you people can charge so much is ridiculous. 55 dollars for some xrays and a peek in my mouth. Then they have the stones to send me another bill for 72 dollars for what I have no idea. For what i was charged for basically nothing I could have 3 teeth removed. You will not see another dime from me. Again if you have insurance do not go here don't finance anything and find a family practice.

The people at the front desk were easy to get along with and to understand made it much easier when I got to the back the people that worked on me back there they were friendly and very professional and I really like them I've gone back and forth every once in awhile Aspen dental is always been the one I go back to

Awful experience. Went for deep cleaning. Left there with an infection. Went back for check up was told everything was fine. To find out by my pcp that I needed antibiotics. Spent the next two months in agony. Didn't find they cared at all. Typically don't waste time on reviews but this experience was awful and unacceptable.

I was really impressed on how quickly I was able to get in to see someone and that I could book my first appointment online.A Next day appointment was offered even though I was a new patient. My doctor was very nice and was able to explain to me the problems she saw on my xrays in a way that made things easily understood. She asked me multiple times if I had any questions s and wanted to make sure I was informed. You can tell that they always hold health as the first priority but I also appreciate that my doctor also considered aesthetics when offering treatment options.The office manager was so sweet to me and helped me set up a payment plan because no matter where you go dental work can be expensive even with insurance. I'd recommend this office to my family.

I had an appointment for today and apparently they are closed. I received no phone call or anything. How do you make an appointment for someone when you're closed? Never again will I ever make another one.

They want me to see a general dentist before scheduling with oral surgeon even though i have a referral from my primary surgeon and xrays which can be sent to them... the explanation is its just their poicy

I had a Great experience with Apen Dental, they were very gentle, explained all to me,what was wrong my experience was Great, the price was costly, but my healthy and smile are very important to me. It's worth every bit of it!

Absolute waste of time. I booked an appointment being told my decayed tooth would certainly be the focus, made to wait 10 WHOLE DAYS in horrible pain only to walk in and told it was an exam only because 'they hadn't seen me in a while.' I went for 1 consultation years ago at a different branch. I was told emergencies welcomed when I booked, and made the person WELL aware that I wasn't doing any plan or anything I needed EMERGENCY EXTRACTION. My tooth decay is at a point I had paperwork from the hospital stating immediate removal was needed. Receptionist was extremely short with me getting upset to boot, I was forced up at 7 am to make it to a 8:45 appointment only to be told 9am despite my having confirmation via text for 8:45. I walked out the second I realized this is nothing more than a shake down of desperate people. Do not put up 'Emergencies welcome' when you really mean "When we feel like it."

For my entire life I've always had serious dentist anxiety. I've always insisted on always having work done while under some sort of Anesthesia. This trip to the dentist would be different. I was so comfortable after my talk with Dr. Mathew and her dental assistant Cheryl that I was willing to have my work done for the first time with just a little Novocaine. I'm glad I did. They took such good care of me. I'll be going to see them for all my future cleanings and dental work. Thank you to everyone I met at Aspen Dental.
