I fell in love with Asia first, then Ms. Janet, but the ENTIRE STAFF is truly AMAZING. My husband and I received the BEST care. We look forward to our next check up.

The exam was VERY thorough. X-rays, hygienist, dentist, financial team. It was a pleasant, very easy to grasp experience. I say that because so many teeth needed so many things lol I went to the Cumberland location (not close to me) because everywhere near to me was booked. It was cool to finally get on the road back to healthy teeth. I was approved $5000. If I got approved with a 518 credit score..you will too!!! Lol

I haven't been to a dentist in awhile more like 10-12 years. I was kinda nervous about all my teeth problems but Aspen dental was an amazing experience. Friendly staff and beautiful office. I'm actually looking forward to the next visit.

The Doctors and staff were Amazing! Very Professional and Informative on how to extract wisdom teeth. Cleaning and sterilization before and after! Definitely will continue visiting With Aspen Dental

Yari! Yari! Yari! Has given me the absolute best customer care. I was not given the correct information during consultation and I was kinda sour, but thanks to Yari who took her time and actually gave me the proper timeframe that's expected for procedures. This is why I chose this location. Customer Service and Customer Care! Thank you so much for your time. You are appreciated!

I hate going to the dentist, but the people at Aspen are super friendly, efficient, and professional. The dentist I had extensively explain what was going on today's visit, but also what needed to get done to help with my future dental needs.

I give this place no stars. I paid for teeth that I can't even where. This was the worse place I ever had dental work at. I was not listened to and when I complained no one followed up with me. The dental assistant tried to help but did no good. No one never followed up to see what I had problems with. I would never refer a person here. Never!!!!!

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating except the dentist. Also she had a really hard time getting the tooth out so I was there from 9:00am til like 5:30 pm. But there were tons of food choices in the area so it wasn't totally negative.

Very professional and H O N E S T. Previous dentist recommended a ton of work that didn't even need to be done. They litterly lied to me about the condition of my hygine health. Its hard to find honest people these days. Everyone is always trying to rip you off. I highly recommend Aspen dental in the Cumberland location.

The entire staffs at Aspen Dental are Awesome!! I came in with a situation ( broken crown) receptionist assisted in getting me setup with an appointment & financing. The entire staff from the radiologist, dental hygienist ( Jennet) the ladies that took my impressions, office manager and Dr. K are the best of the best!! I would like for everyone who need great dental care to go the Aspen Dental off Cobb pkwy you will not be disappointed .

I have to be honest- the way my Aspen Dental experience started, is very different from how it ended. I arrived on time at 9:15a in hopes that I would be seen immediately, since I was on time and it was a morning appt (hoping to avoid the rush). However, I was not seen until 40 minutes after the start of my appointment. By the time I made it back, I was furious. However, the team more than made up for the long wait time. Starting with Alexis. She realized my mood was a bit off and took the time to explain everything that would be taking place and how long it would take. She wanted to let me know each and every task that she and the team would be doing and if I did not have the time, she recommended I reschedule. She also assured me that she was super fast at X-rays and that she would move as expeditiously as possible. ALEXIS. WAS. NOT. PLAYING. I have never in my life taken X-rays so fast (while still being extremely thorough). Jesus! She would explain the x-ray, instruct me to move, go out the room, take the pic, come back and repeat. She took several photos in the shortest time period ever, all while remaining professional, pleasant, consistent, and concise. Dr. Kurialacherry came in and reviewed my file and X-rays and prescribed my treatment, which involved me coming back later in the day. Before leaving, I sat with the Office Manager to discuss my treatment plan and cost. She was great at explaining costs and I felt comfortable in knowing I was getting the most bang for my buck! The second time in the office, I had a short wait time and this time Ari escorted me back. She was sweet and professional and kept me calm as I prepared to receive treatment. Dr. Kurialacherry was super quick in her work and had me out the door in no time! Dr. Kurialacherry is an amazing dentist but her support staff made her really shine because honestly by the time I got to her, I was sold on the practice! I am glad I stayed to receive my dental treatment!

Alexia was wonderful hands down perfect customer service. On another hand not the front staff and billing they have more to work on. I have had my insurance for many years and know what will be paid. The front staff was very very confident that my insurance would not pay for my service I received, I informed them they were incorrect but the staff refused to even recheck the codes used or double check it was a strict no they would not pay for the services. I have received the same service many years ago and the sericve was paid for and the insurance has not changed. I called united concordia again and i was informed the same yes the service is covered.

Had the worst experience, would not recommend. Went in for a root canal/crown 1-2 weeks before major surgery. Appointment lasted about 5 hours because the doctor broke of the file in my tooth to get it out. While trying to get it out the chair I was laying back in "broke" and I ended up finishing the last few minutes in a stool. I was given a refund and sent to a specialist. I was also told any more work on that tooth would be free of charge. I was thrilled with their policy and owning up to the mistake by not having me pay for work that wasn't completed. Went to the specialist ( who only did root canals ) and was referred back to my original dentist for the crown. By this time it was close to my surgery date and the doc said I would be fine. Months later I called back. The office manager wasn't in, but I left a message with the person there she said she would write it down and they would give me a call back. A week later they still hadn't called I called back, I was put on hold for 45minutes and they ended up closing the office with me still waiting. I gave up out of annoyance. Cut to another 4 weeks or so later the "office manager" isn't there and the lady said she would text her about my problem and get back to me... Haven't heard back...
