My husband and I had a good experience at Aspen today. Rita did a great job on our cleanings and Lynsey helped with insurance, etc. Impressed with this service!!

They rarely ever answer their phones. I have tried several times to call concerning a possible infection in an area where I received extractions but can not get anyone to answer the phones and it is during business hours.

Worst dental experience of my life. Rude. Uncaring. I am home now with no medicine and a mouth full of blood. It's going to be a long night. I don't know what to do now.

This is the worst dental place I've ever been to. I went in to get two teeth extracted she ended up only extracting one. She didn't even numb me all the way. I told her I could still feel everything and she said she never misses a shot and just kept going even though I told her I was in pain. Kept trying to refer me to a oral surgeon and I told her I didn't need an oral surgeon I need you to numb my mouth correctly. My girlfriend had an appointment to go here and she's not going to come here after this. I've had a few teeth extracted at other dentist and have never ever had this happen. Then they left me in the room for 10 minutes after they extracted it didn't even offer me gauze or anything I was just bleeding. Worst place ever to go get any dental work done. I'll never come back.

Had an extraction done, staff is nice clean environment, genuinely seem to care. Negative issue, the Athens location is closed at 3:30 today Thursday 9/1 hours day until 5:30 and I'm currently having an issue with said extraction. No notice on the door, no explanation, an employee locked the door as I pulled up, we made eye contact and she quickly went to the back to avoid any type of assisting me. Considering the advertise walk in welcome, seems kinda bad for them to close outside of normal with no signage or explanation. A little worried about future experiences with them.

I'm still in my dental process waiting on extraction day. But the staff has been so friendly and answers any questions I have had. I do not like going to the dentist as they scare me and the last one I went to judged me on how my mouth looked you. This staff has made me feel very welcomed and comfortable

This company is a joke. In January of 2020 I had everything needing to be done put on a credit card financed thru them. 6 months later the full balance was paid before my insurance took over payments of what was needing to be done resulting is several refund checks for me paying too much. Now I am receiving a debt collector bill in the mail saying I owe $64.00..how do I owe you more money if I was paid off by August 2020 and receiving refund checks due to me paying over what was charged Aspen is a scam to screw up your credit and that's it. Wouldn't even recommend to my most loyal haters

I confirmed my appointment twice and received a call from their office saying I didn't and as a result I needed to come at a different time than what I selected. The person was very rude with me over the phone and actually gave up their front by saying they would only have one dental assistant working on the day I was supposed to come in. That was the true reason why they needed to reschedule me and that's all they had to say. I would have understood that perfectly but don't call me, lie and be rude when I didn't make the mistake.

From the start to the end, everyone was so kind, considerate, and easy to work with. Holly greeting you at the front desk just really starts your visit off on the right track. Dental work is never a fun thing but the entire staff talks you through every step. Very grateful for the entire staff at Aspen Dental in Athens AL.

This Office decimates agent's the handicap population. Statement to my dad was we dont service handicapped people. They said they would not provide assistance because my dad is handicapped, and communication would be difficult. However, they do provide interpreters for non english speaking individuals, but not for the def. Or handicapped. Please do not support this business

My husband waited in the room for the dentist to come in and never came in until FINALLY after two hours they come in and told him computers were down. WTH? I recommend going to Columbia if you want excellence. Terrible terrible experience. BTW they had no problem up front with computers, what does it matter we weren't there for computer classes.

Customer service at the front desk was very nice, the receptionist was really sweet Dr. Johal was very friendly and I loved Destinee Allen's hospitality. I can't wait to go back for my next visit
